So 343 just brought back their own take on the BUNGiE favorites, exept instead of actually improving the fileshare system to what it should be, with an in-game interface and search, they half assed the fuck out of it with the whole makeshift friend adding thing.

Ugh, the more I hear about Created shit the less excited I get about Halo.
I'm not against it, but I am highly puzzled as to why. With all they had setup with Halo 4 and the Forerunner books, and even revealing the Flood are still around in Escalation, why did they choose to go in this direction?

ngl I know nothing about coding or programming, I kinda started this off as a fun little design project >.>
I'm considering working on this this weekend (at least getting the database together so that you can display all the cards dynamically). In the mean time, I need to pick your brain on the phases in a match. YuGiOh has Main phase 1, battle, main phase 2, etc.
The card effects will be controlled by their own function, but I need to know a definite phase/turn rotation order.
You have 6 cards in your hand, and each turn you may draw a new card if you don't have 6. If you already have 6, draw a card.
At the start of the game, each player can place a Member card followed by an Incident (if you want). During the first turn, you may not attack each other. This gives you both the chance to get something on the field. On your next turn you may start fighting.
You can only play one Member card and Incident per turn, unless there is an effect that specifies otherwise. If you don't wish to play anything then skip your turn and let your opponent go instead. If they choose to skip their turn too, then you must play something.
Once you've played your Member card, you may choose to either use it, or guard until the next turn. Card effects activate straight away when they are played.
After this you may play an Incident. When you've done that, your turn ends. There are some cards that you may activate during your opponent's turn, too.
So it's basically
TURN 1 -Both players draw 6 cards from the top of their decks- Player 1 - Activate a Member card and Incident card (if you wish) -End turn- Player 2- Same as above -End turn- (Neither player may use their cards on the first turn, only bring them into play)
TURN 2 (You may now use the cards you already have in play, in addition to any card from now on) Player 1- Draw a card from deck if you don't have 6 cards. Play a Member and or Incident. You may attack your opponent's Member cards. If you choose to use your Cards, end your turn when you are done. -End turn-
Player 2- Same as above, attack any thread cards on your opponent's side.
-Draw -Play card(s) -Attack opponent -End turn
So it essentialy just boils down to draw phase main pase and end phase So during the Battle phase during each Battle are there going to be sub phases like the Battle step and Damage calculation step, and is it going to be like Magic The Gathering where all cards attack at once or like Yugioh where each card attacks one at a time

More of 'dat juicy created lore:
Commissioned by Lethbridge Industrial in 2555, Auriga Station served as one of the company’s preeminent research and development facilities. Its staff of human and AI researchers were kept busy decrypting Covenant and Forerunner records, searching for naval depots and resource caches. Fitted with the latest in UNSC fabrication systems and Sangheili-procured forges, the station could also carefully disassemble, analyze, and rebuild nearly any piece of recovered technology to aid in reverse-engineering efforts. It was this latter capability that brought Auriga Station to the attention of Cortana and her Created. Stripping bare Lethbridge’s vast archives of secrets and making a mockery of their counter-cyberintrusion suites, Cortana quickly repurposed the loyalties of the station’s resident AI and removed the human crew. Beating hearts have now been replaced by the inflamed obsessions of caretakers eager to use the station’s tools to harvest, decompile, and rebuild new tools and weapons to be wielded by constructs advancing Cortana’s plans across her growing ecumene. Meanwhile, an audacious plan has been hatched to deny the Created their prize: board Auriga Station with Spartan operatives, disable or steal the manufacturing systems on board, and wipe the AIs still bound to its holographic storage systems. In order to train for the assault a perfect recreation of a critical area on Auriga’s habitat ring has been constructed in War Games, codenamed “Torque.” Man I wish we got dates for when things like this and that other Map that takes place post AI Reclamation unfolded. I wonder how much time is going to be passing between Halo 5 and the next entry. Clearly a while since we have events like this being documented. It'd be cool if Halo 6 has some kind of acknowledgements of these events. even in just Easter Eggs
Wonder what the current date in Halo canon is now then. Back before Halo 5's release it was March 15th 2558 I think.
Swords of Sanghelios took place on October 27th 2558, then When Osiris got to to Genesis, Exuberant told them that Blue Team had been wandering the Gateway for "hours" leading me to suspect that at most those end game missions took place at most a day later, unless Genesis has a slow rotation. It's anyone's guess how long it took them to got back to Sanghelios, or how they got back. We might assume Exuberant provided the Pelican, however flying one back to Sanghelios seems like a massive stretch, especially when you consider that Genesis is apparently so far away from anything that Blue Team weren't picking up any kind of com traffic from anyone. So the only other ways I could see is the UNSC or Infinity finding them, which begs the question of how and when, or the last option is that Witness just made them a portal somehow,

Why are you watching Halo Follower to begin with?
You know how you sometimes put on the TV for background noise while you're playing a game or something? Well this just happened to be the first Halo thing in my Youtube suggestions, and I guessed it couldn't be too bad while I was playing Yu-Gi-Oh...

This nigga really used "Revengance" as an actual word My fucking sides. Here's a challenge every time Chris says a word and then repeats it less than 10 seconds later, take a shot. Drink an entire glass whenever it's multiple words or a phrase. Drink 2 for every non existent word or mispronunciation. Whoever does not die from liver failure wins
