So what do you think about this? 343 before relasee was saying alot about how they had to tons of downscaling with the things they wanted to do with the game, and I think this is a good indicator of mow much they did have to downscale.



First up is playspace onboard the Infinity.


A new type of Promethean enemy. Looks like it could have been somthing between a knight and a crawler, which could have been pretty cool.






Some kind of Forerunner Weapon Platforms using what seems to be an early design for the phaeton as guns


It seems 343 was going to have this whole modular system as the overall mechanic for the Promethians in general



It'd be interesting to see how the weapons using this system would work.


Warden may not have been the only boss planned


In fact I think this thing called the Cavalier is what eventually got reworked and down scaled into the Warden. It looks identical to the concept art for the Warden found in the Artbook. More of the artwork and the name "Forerunner Mimic" sugests it may have been able to have multiple forms.

Japanese publication The Nikkei has recently had the opportunity to speak to Nintendo president Tatsumi Kimishima about the forthcoming Nintendo NX platform. One of the things that Kimishima was asked was why the console wasn’t going on sale this Christmas which is when you would have thought it would be made available. Kimishima says that the company wanted to make sure that they had the software to accompany the hardware which presumably means that the games just aren’t ready for a fall release. The Nintendo NX is expected to launch globally in March 2017.
“However, it’s not merely the successor to the handheld 3DS or stationary console Wii U. This will be hardware that’s been made with a new way of thinking. I’d like to announce more particulars regarding its specs and how it works another time this year.”
“When asked why Nintendo wasn’t launching the NX in time for this year’s big holiday season, Kimishima explained that Nintendo wanted to make sure there were games to go along with the NX.”
“When the Nikkei asked Kimishima what the likelihood that Wii U production would end, the Nintendo president replied, “Since we are making a big shift to the NX, there is that possibility (in the future).”

There's a bit in Lothric castle where you drop down from the dragon fire bridge and land on a thin ledge above an area with a Pus of Man, who transforms when you are in the area. As you walk past it, it aggros both the pus and 2 of those tall axe wielding hollows. How much fucking fun it is when you're fighting the hollows and a giant black tentacle clips through the ledge and hits you -___-

That's the exact segment in the video. Follow my example and snipe that fucker wish lasers before he transforms

Yeah just watched it, that's the bit. I hate that bit, you have no idea how scary it is to drop your souls a bit further on than that and get cornered by the axeman while also trying to avoid the noodle monster.

That area fucking sucks. Are there any more bonfires or shortcuts before the boss because I don't appreciate trudging through that hellhole over and over again, using up all my estus, and then getting rekt by Berserker and his pet dragon tree thing, and having to do it all again.

Well you can get rid of the dragon to give you a straight run over there. Also there are 2 elevator shortcuts you can activate to give you a quick path to the boss from the bonfire inside Lothric castle.

I tried poisoning the dragon to death. It didn't work and I wasted a ton of souls on those arrows.
