I already own DS1 and DS2 seems to be almost universally regarded as being the least good of the three.
DS2s base game is pretty shit honestly, since it ammounts to being Cat Mario with a Dark Souls skin. but the PvP is probably the best in the series and the DLC is pretty good as well.
