Assassinations only, 100 Kills per round, no time limit, 10 Rounds. The map is literaly the entirety of Forge world with a single Tower that is glitched to surpass the invisible ceiling and kill barriers of the map. It serves no purpose. Stop (status)
FFVI Stop status Celes stopped in Final Fantasy VI (GBA). Stop (ストップ, Sutoppu?) is a recurring status effect in the series. A stopped unit is frozen into temporal stasis, so that time stands still for them even as other units act normally. This allows opponents to get several turns and attack without retaliation until Stop wears off, returning the affected unit to normal time. In Final Fantasy VI, Final Fantasy IX and Final Fantasy XII, like Slow status, Stop is removed by Dispel instead of Esuna. Sometimes the Auto-Haste status grants immunity to Stop. The item Remedy can also remove Stop. Contents[show] AppearancesEdit Final Fantasy IIIEdit Toad FFVThis article or section is a stub about a status effect in Final Fantasy III. You can help the Final Fantasy Wiki by expanding it. Final Fantasy IVEdit FFIVDS Stop Status Icon An afflicted unit cannot act until the status wears off. This also halts timers for other effects, though that part is somewhat buggy (see Stop bug). Haste causes Stop to wear off faster, while Slow prolongs it. Game Element Type Effect Stop Black Magic Inflicts Stop. ElectroMagnetic Radiation Enemy Attack Inflicts Stop. Final Fantasy IV -Interlude-Edit The Stop status returns as a status effect in the sequel of Final Fantasy IV, and it functions the same way as its predecessor. Final Fantasy IV: The After YearsEdit Toad FFVThis article or section is a stub about a status effect in Final Fantasy IV: The After Years. You can help the Final Fantasy Wiki by expanding it. Final Fantasy VEdit Stopped characters cannot evade any attacks and have all statuses that have a timer on them stop, with the exception of Sap which will continue to act. Game Element Type Effect Stop Time Magic Inflicts Stop. Romeo's Ballad Sing Inflicts Stop on all enemies. Calm Beastmaster ability Inflicts Stop on creature-type enemies. Electromagnetic Field Enemy Attack Inflicts Stop. Kagenui Weapon Inflicts Stop status sometimes when attacking physically. Only in the Advance version. Final Fantasy VIEdit Stop wears off approximately 38 seconds from the time it is applied to the target. If Terra is stopped while tranced, and the trance bar runs out during her stop time, she will be permanently tranced for the duration of the battle. Game Element Type Effect Stop Magic Inflicts Stop. Eclipse Bushido Inflicts Stop as well as non-elemental damage. Mind Blast Enemy Attack Inflicts Stop as well as many other statuses. Net Enemy Attack Inflicts Stop. Numb Enemy Attack Inflicts Stop. Numbclaw Enemy Attack Inflicts Stop. Numbspines Enemy Attack Inflicts Stop. Smirk Enemy Attack Inflicts Stop. Time Freeze Enemy Attack Inflicts Stop. Vanish Enemy Attack (Dummied) Inflicts Stop as well as a myriad of other statuses on the caster. Final Fantasy VIIEdit Stop halts the time counter for the afflicted target, preventing their ATB gauge from filling, but also halting time based effects such as Barrier or Regen. Linking Added Effect Materia with Contain, Time or Choco/Mog makes the character immune to the effect. It can be cured by DeSpell, White Wind, Angel Whisper or Aeris's status healing Limit Breaks. Game Element Type Effect Freeze Magic Inflicts major Ice-elemental damage and inflicts Stop with 68% precision. Stop Magic Inflicts Stop with 60% precision. Hourglass Item Inflicts Stop with 80% precision. Seal Evil Limit Break Inflicts Stop and Silence to all enemies. Stop Eye Enemy Attack Inflicts Stop. Is never used. Stop Web Enemy Attack Inflicts Stop. Thread Enemy Attack Inflicts Stop. Only used if target is in Slow. World Enemy Attack Inflicts Stop. Final Fantasy VIIIEdit FFVIII Stop Symbol Stop lasts for around 13.3 seconds, and targets under Stop are unable to avoid attacks. If the target was afflicted with any status effects prior to being stopped, the status effects are halted as well; spells like Poison and Regen won't damage or heal, and effects like Protect won't wear off. Game Element Type Effect Stop Magic Inflicts Stop. Sticky Web Enemy Attack Inflicts Stop. Final Fantasy IXEdit FFIX Stop Symbol Stopped units are considered defeated, although the party gains no EXP or AP from them, and as such having all of the alive party under the Stop will result in a Game Over. Party members can defend against Stop by equipping the Locomotion ability. Stop also halts the countdown from Doom. Game Element Type Effect Stop Black Magic Inflicts Stop. Blaster Enemy Attack Damages and may inflict Stop. Grand Cross Enemy Attack Can inflict various statuses, including Stop. Locomotion Auto-Ability Prevents Stop. Final Fantasy XEdit Although there is no specific Stop status in Final Fantasy X, a similar state can be induced via the Threaten ability. Final Fantasy X-2Edit FFX-2 Stop Icon Stop can be inflicted in various ways such as the Songstress' Brake-dance, or the Thief's Borrowed Time ability. The ATB bar is turned grey and will not move until the effect is cleared. Stop prevents all movement animations from triggering, which means that affected units cannot be chained because their stagger animation will not trigger. Game Element Type Effect Borrowed Time Flimflam Inflicts Stop. Brake-dance Dance Inflicts Stop on all enemies while dancing. Kogoro Freeze Yuna's Pet Inflicts Ice-elemental damage and Stop. Stop Knife Paine's Mascot Inflicts non-elemental damage and Stop. Congealed Honey Yuna's Floral Fallal Inflicts non-elemental damage and Stop to all enemies. Looming Glacier Enemy Attack Inflicts Stop and reduces MP to 0. Pernicious Powder Enemy Attack Inflicts Stop as well as many other statuses to party. Sticky End Enemy Attack Inflicts minor non-elemental damage and Stop to party. Stop Attack Enemy Attack Inflicts non-elemental damage and Stop. Only in International version. Tempus Laxit Enemy Attack Inflicts minor non-elemental damage and Stop to party. Stopproof Auto-Ability Protects against Stop. Final Fantasy X-2: Last MissionEdit Stop makes the target unable to take any action. The player can inflict the status through the Festivalist's ability Spinner. Final Fantasy XIIEdit FFXII Stop Icon The character is frozen in time and cannot move or act. Remove with a Chronos Tear. —Description While a target is stopped, status effects are also halted. For example, Sap will stop draining HP for the duration of Stop, and its duration will be paused until Stop has run its course. This fact can be abused by casting Reverse followed by Stop on a character, thus allowing the character to absorb all forms of damage until Stop wears off. This is especially useful for bosses which always target the nearest character, as equipping the other party members with ranged weapons will keep them alive while the Reversed character is taking all the hits. A stopped character is immune to Decoy, so a stopped character with Reverse can't be decoyed. A stopped character can be used to trigger the Immobilize glitch. Stop is removed by Chronos Tear, Remedy (once the Remedy Lore 3 has been purchased) and, weirdly enough, Dispel. The accessory Power Armlet makes the wearer immune to Stop. The Stop spell is a Time Magick 6 license that can be activated for 45 LP and can be bought in Rabanastre, Nalbina or Mt Bur-Omisace for 3,700 gil. Game Element Type Effect Stop Time Magick Inflicts Stop. Thundaja Enemy Magick Inflicts heavy Lightning-elemental damage as well as Stop. Diamond Dust Shiva's Action Inflicts heavy water damage and Stop to all foes in range. White Breath Yiazmat's Action Inflicts damage and Stop to all foes in range. Final Fantasy TacticsEdit When inflicted with Stop a character stops moving. It freezes the character's CT meter. Stopped characters cannot evade or use reaction abilities, including Blade Grasp and Abandon. Stop will wear off on its own after 20 ticks, and it can be removed with Choco Esuna. Stop can be inflicted or blocked with the following: Game Element Type Effect Stop Time Magick Inflicts Stop on an area. Tanglevine Geomancy Inflicts damage and may inflict Stop on an area. Final Fantasy Tactics A2: Grimoire of the RiftEdit Toad FFVThis article or section is a stub about a status effect in Final Fantasy Tactics A2: Grimoire of the Rift. You can help the Final Fantasy Wiki by expanding it. Final Fantasy Type-0Edit Similar to Stun, Stop completely prevents an enemy from doing any actions for a certain period of time. Unlike Stun, however, the target can be hit multiple times without the effect wearing off. Final Fantasy Crystal ChroniclesEdit Stop can be cast by combining Life and two attack spells (Fire, Blizzard, Thunder). When Stopped, the target is unable to move or attack for a short period of about 3 seconds. Bravely DefaultEdit Stop is mainly caused by Time Mages. It stops the generation of BP thus halting further actions. Moves or spells that give extra BP can counter it, but restorative magic like Esuna cannot. A character cannot be selected to perform an action during Bravely Second if they are stopped. Other appearancesEdit Kingdom Hearts seriesEdit Stop is a status effect in the Kingdom Hearts series. Enemies in stop status are prevented from moving for a limited amount of time. In most games like Kingdom Hearts and Birth by Sleep, when a stopped enemy is attacked, no damage is dealt at first, but the accumulated damage is dealt when Stop wears off.
