I don't think podcasts/audio books can put you in the right mind state for lifting heavy weights. If you're just gonna do low intensity cardio like walking on the treadmill it's prolly fine though.

I don't really know what point you're trying to make; I can't tell if you're misunderstanding the article, or I'm misunderstanding you.
My point is it's a really biased piece of writing.
Not only that, it's acting as if all these measures are stopping terrorism. I'm sure it's stopped several attacks, but some legislation just goes way too god damn far and there's nothing left or right wing about calling them out on it.

I felt like eating some donuts, and then declared it a cheat meal after buying them.
I'm at a low enough body fat now to where I can throw in more cheat days and they don't really affect me, I still have abs/am lean afterwards. I have a really bad habit of binging on stuff like this though, it set me back a bit but I'm not too worried
My question for you: if you had your dream cheat day, what would you eat for breakfast/lunch/dinner?
I quit doing cheat days because I didn't like doing the huge deficits 6 days to justify the 1 day. It also lead to binge eating if I ate bad food before the cheat. A few of my favorite options though were Breakfast: always done intermittent fasting so skipped it. Lunch: Around a dozen blue berry whole wheat pancakes 8-12 chocolate donuts with glaze or chocoloate on top dunked in milk Dinner: 4-6 bowls of spaghetti with pb bread At least a box of domino's pepperoni, onion, and green bell pepper pizzas.

I've actually been having some sort of sleep anxiety these past few months. Just this Tuesday I couldn't fall asleep and stayed up 40 some hours. When I used to lay down I'd spend time fantasizing about things like epic fights that would get my heart pumping. A raised heart rate makes it impossible to sleep and I missed a few hours sleep a couple times. From then on i became self concious of when my heart rate increases and that exacerbates the problem where i start cycles of

Stress elevates
Wait
Heart rate drops
Repeat for a couple hours and that's how i sleep
When i stayed up 40 hours, laying down only pumped me up like i wanted to run a marathon. It's kinda depressing not being able to control my sleep.

No, i kinda kept putting it off. I was worried when my heart started hurting this last time. From reading about it's most likely stress so I'm going to start meditating to see if that alleviates it. If my heart hurts again I'll prolly go to the doctor.

343 did make stupid decisions in that game that should have been left in their heads but they did have a problem that Bungie didn't have. Due to Halo 2 and 3 being different than Reach you're going to have fans from both of those different games. So you're going to have to make a game that plays similar to both types to please both groups.
Or they could have just accepted reach as a shitty prequel and not base their game off it's shitty features. Including those features in more games just further in-grains them in the series.
Like I said you have fans of two different games that you're going to have to carter to. If 343 made Halo 4 basically Halo 3 you're going to have the Reach fans bitching about it which is going to affect sales. They probably could have done a better job at the game but alienating the Reach fans is not a good developer move.
