The real issue here is that education shouldn't have limits placed on it due to monetary issues. Education shouldn't even have monetary limits on it in the first place. It should be free to access for everybody regardless of their wealth.
Technically, you can educate yourself on anything with the internet and books. You can buy college course materials and watch free lectures online. The only thing you really miss out on is networking, a guiding hand, and a piece of paper certification.

Depends on your definition of education. Is someone self-taught, with no peers in their field or a degree but proficient at what they do uneducated? I mean, those things are nice, but are not necessary in all cases.

Nevertheless as a whole 1.57 billion people aren't evil. What the radicals are doing is exactly the reason why there are so many refugees fleeing.
Those 1.57 billion aren't following Islam to a tee either. There is still a disproportionate number of terrorist sympathizers among them compared to other religions.

On my second play through I found that the turret at the top of the coliseum facing the end of the mantis segment is 'broken'.
