If a man quits in sex, he's a beta and can't keep up.
It's almost like this mindset is a bad thing, too. The fact is that no one has the obligation to finish having sex, and if either person wants to stop at any time, then the sex has to stop. If your partner ignores it and keeps fucking you, that's obviously rape, whether it's the girl or the guy who ignores it.

Really it's rape if my girlfriend and I are fucking, and she wants stop when I'm close to nutting so I keep going for a few more seconds? That's rape? I feel very worried the types of court cases that will pop up in the future from married couples if that's the case.

Just pull out, run across the house and bust in the corner.

Depending on what you do, you could find a way to incorporate incorporate English with your CS.  Like make the equivalent of Khan Academy except with English (just an example).

Serious / Re: Gun manufacturer liability
« on: April 22, 2016, 06:53:56 AM »
I don't think the burden should be shifted to gun manufacturer's when they have no power over the lives of their customers.  That's about as silly to me as punishing match manufacturer's for arson fires or car manufacturer's for bank robbers using their car to escape.
Well, in this case they're not suing the manufacturer just because it made a product used in a crime. They're suing because they believe that these guns are designed, made and marketed in such a way that they're more likely to be used in mass shootings like this.

For your examples, the exaggerated but more appropriate comparison would be that the matches came in a box together with all the other materials used to burn down buildings and said "the real arsonist's choice" on them, while the getaway car was marketed as a tool specifically to escape police because of things like a built in police radio scanner, studded tires for spike strips, hidden compartments under the seat to hide stolen goods in and so forth. Very exaggerated, yes, but that's what the claimants are going for here instead of just suing because they happened to have made a random product used in a crime.

I can't speak on gun advertisements since I don't believe I've seen one, but I'm pretty sure there's never been an ad that has ever been marketed towards mass shooters.

I think to correct the car analogy, it would be better to change the crime to street racing since there are legal instances of racing and speed makes a better analogy to ammo size.

Fast cars are not designed/made for illegal street races, but being fast makes them the best tool for the crime. Adding things like turbo, a bigger engine, better exhaust, etc add to the car's already base function of going fast, making it even better at going faster, and thus perform better in illegal street races.

Like the "No one needs more than 10 bullets", "No one needs to go faster than 35mph".  "No one needs a better grip or scope"", "No one needs turbo or a supped up engine".  While they both aren't specifically designed or intended for crime, having powerful tools is a double edged sword.

I'm against blaming the manufactuerers just like I am against blaming music or video games for violence.

I didn't say 'forced'.  I 'had to' as a compromise for easy communication between everyone in the program because the school forum sucks.

Justified by Faith in LGBTQ:  The culture, long changing, has now changed overnight.  Like a game of tug of war, it begins with little pulls in either direction and ends all at once and decisively.  And that's where we are at now.  But why? An analysis of Crony Capitalism morphing into Cultural Cronyism will tell you it's all about the money.  And certainly, there's a large element of that.   People are afraid of losing their jobs, careers, and livelihoods.  Better to play it safe.  But what of the advocates, and all the new converts?  Well, we should recognize, this is at its heart a religious issue.  The rainbow flag is a dead giveaway.  Secular Liberalism is at its heart a belief, whose baptismal sacrament has long been abortion.  But while the secularists justify abortion, abortion doesn't quite cut it when it comes to justifying the secularists.  There has to be some cause, some belief, that sets a people apart, that brands them as good and righteous, and that is Gay Marriage, as encoded in the ever-expanding Confessional Documents of the LGBTQ agenda.  Bill Clinton, accused of rape and sexually predatory behavior got a pass, because he was on the right side of killing babies in the womb.  But, we want more than a pass, we want a way to make ourselves feel good about ourselves, to go to sleep thinking we are righteous.  Since the church plays no significant role in our lives, we need another path towards righteousness.  And that's LGBTQ.  Forget the cross, wear the rainbow.  It's the true crusade, a righteous conquering of all our enemies.  And, even more, it not only is a substitute for Christianity, but it aims to silence the Christians, whose message has too long nagged at our conscience.  The voice of the prophet must always be silenced.  Nothing can be said that would put into question the new religion.  Sociological studies showing a child's need for a mom and dad?  Silence!  Scientific studies question the validity of 32 genders?  Silence!  Reports that bathroom safety is a real issue and our daughters are at risk?  Silence!  There can be no debate, because then I might have to think a bit more deeply.  I may have to question my new god. Christians are not in the business of justifying themselves.  Christ does that.  It's his life, and his righteousness upon which we rely.   And in him, we live lives of love and kindness, along with a healthy dose of repentance for our own failures and selfishness.  But apart from Christ, there is only self-righteousness.  The Pharisees tried that by obeying all the laws, and when that wouldn't work, they created new ones, that the could follow more easily, and parade before the people.  And so also the gay rights movement, which, when it comes down to it, is little more than a parade, an assertion of goodness, the ultimate badge of community-acclaimed righteousness, that we hope can wipe away all our other sins.  Maybe, in all this, there is hope.  Maybe the secularists are afraid that there really is a God.  Otherwise, they would not be so concerned about themselves, so concerned about silencing the voices of dissent, which end up being voices in their own conscience, making them question if  they are really as good as they think.  So, what to do?  Keep speaking the truth.  The truth about our humanity, human sexuality, the goodness of marriage, the complementarity of male and female, and yes, keep speaking about Christ, our Bridegroom, the one who loved us so much that he gave up his life for us, that we might abandon all attempts at self-justification, and find rest and grace in him alone.

TL;DR
LGBTQ is the new God of secularists, abortions don't justify secularism, and God's not dead.

Okay, I thought you just made a typo and meant food desserts, which made no sense.  Food deserts sound like total bull shit.  Like Turkey said, weight gain matters about calories in vs. calories burned.

I was on daddies yaht having a ball when my event organizer for my bi-monthly celebration extravaganza called to interrupt and inform me there was a hold on the stout caviar we usually order.  You know what I said to him in my fitty fit?  I said to him, "Bruce, your services are moot and I no longer require them."

The abscence of coersion or restriction.

"Gosh darn it, I'm not free enough because I'm restricted from killing people"
I guess taxes would fall under 'coercion', seeing as it's enforced by laws and an entire government agency behind it if someone refused to pay.

I'm not taking the piss here, do these counteract "Freedom" even if it's for a generally good cause?

They counteract it, but that's not a bad thing.  Absolute freedom isn't desirable.  Most people draw the line somewhere.
