it was a class based shooter with almost no arena elements. h4 is a far cry from h2 and anyone with half a brain could tell you that halo evolved more between h3 and reach than CoD has since MW1.
If you showed Halo CE-4 to someone who plays games they would just say the graphics changed and that's it. The game feels similar in terms of mechanics and people notice that.
Well duh, it's a sequel not a new IP. Every sequel doesn't have to reinvent the wheel. Halo's CE-3 did it right building onto the good foundation and were good.

COD wouldn't be so bad if it didn't release a game a year that were so similar. Apparently they spend 3 years a game now and still can't make a story over 6 hours with someone competent playing. Each game is essentially the same with different multiplayer maps, which again wouldn't be bad if only one company made a game every 3 years. The MCC never claimed to be a new game and was a way to put all the main Halo's on one console. I still play those games regularly and now they are upgraded visually and perform better so of course I'm going to buy it, they are great classics. It's like buying new sports gear because your old set is falling apart. As long as you play the sport you need the gear, and in this case the gear is a console and halo games.

But yeah, smoking and drinking laws should apply with marijuana users when it's inevitably legalized nationwide. I shouldn't have to drive home from work worrying if the guy next to me is swerving because he's high as a kite.
A large majority of the people who want to smoke pot do it now anyways and there is no epidemic of pot smoker car accidents. The people who don't smoke now because it's illegal are also probably responsible enough to not smoke trash bag of pot before driving to the store to quench their munchies. CNN even made a video of people smoking and driving and they had to be extremely stoned before they were impaired but unlike alcohol, they knew they weren't fit to drive and just did it for the test anyway. And the problems from their impairment were a lot less severe than alcoholic inebriation such as driving too slow and forgetting the course.
