MCC isn't coming to '360 is it?
Wondering if there was any potential for merging cross-gen servers, kinda like what they did for Halo 3 - ODST and Halo Reach - Anniversary.

Was refering to the MCC coming to 360.
The 360 could handle the MCC. The only differences there would be is that the games wouldn't be 1080p @60fps, and H2A wouldn't look as good graphically. The games aren't that demanding you know.
Your first paragraph essentially proves my point.
Not being able to handle something would mean it can't run it at all. The 360 could run the MCC, as 3/4 of it are already 360 games.
It was literally made to fully utilize the xbox one so no it couldn't run it without keeping the games the same. It'd take 5+ discs and 3 of the games would gain no considerable boost in graphics or performance, no instant switch, H2A forge would be castrated, and H2A multiplayer would look more like a Halo 4 DLC.

Because they won't be preoccupied killing and getting killed? We don't even know if it's audible to others.
So the enemy is in a firefight the every second of the match? There are obviously moments during map progression where the enemy is looking for say, invisibility. Walking by invis spawn and hearing "THE ENEMIES RIGHT NEXT TO ME!!!" would give it away. Eh, still unnecessary. Since Bungie and 343 never give the option to mute game audio my music has to compete with one more thing.

I got in to about 7. If it takes longer than 5 minutes I just go back to campaign or forge.
I seen on waypoint someone said custom games counts towards your rank in the h2a playlist and quitting custom games also deranks you.

I understand where you are coming from but multiplayer has changed, I must admit, as much as I love Halo 1-3 the inability to sprint is very annoying at times, especially in comparison to the style of modern gaming traversal systems. And logically, what sort of ultimate super-soldier can't run?
Halo was a niche game and didn't need sprint. Do all games have to have TitanFall movement to be considered modern now? Logically, what sort of super soldier can flip a tank or Elephant? Gameplay isn't canon.

You shouldn't be able to just easily run away from a battle you're losing.
I've never been able to do this against good players. Using this as an argument makes no sense. If you truly encounter your target fleeing from you with sprint a majority of the time, then maybe you just can't aim correctly.

This would be so perfect without sprint. It looks so fluid and enjoyable.
My thoughts exactly. I just don't think the prospect of sprint really fits in Halo.
In campaign and FF/Spops, sure. But not MP. And the maps will most likely be built with sprint in mind, which is disheartening.
The only way I see sprint working is if, when shot, you are immediately taken out of it. That would get rid of 1) running away, and 2) running into battle mindlessly.
Ew, no. Sprint is fine how it is. Having sprint be disabled/slow down the player when shot at *cough* shitty Halo 4 mechanic *cough cough* just interrupts the flow even more. It should either be in there completely or not at all. And seeing how modern FPSs are, the likely hood of it being removed completely are slim.
I'd say cat and mouse chases ruins flow. People being stopped from running when shot would force people to think about their actions rather than clicking sprint and jump every 3 seconds like a kid with ADHD.

Kind of. They are supposed to inherent traits all spartans have like dual wielding, ground pound, sprint, and thruster boosts.

What if they made it so that getting shot took you out of sprint? The exact same concept as descoping, just with sprint. Then sprint would just be used to speed up gameplay but not effect fire fights
Sprinting doesn't speed up gameplay. They slow down the base speed to accomadate and make bigger maps. Just increase base speed and field of vision and it will play faster.
