Anyway, Halo 4's file browser was nonexistant at launch but was eventually added in later. I'm imagining they're doing something similar. As for servers, maybe they didn't quite anticipate just how many people were going to be playing at once and it ended up causing problems due to stress.
I'm not talking about 50 fileshare files, I'm talking about a 50 local file limit. You can only save 50 gametypes, maps, screen shots, and film clips (Not whole films).
It waa inexcusable they didn't have it in Halo 4. Bungie managed to get it in just fine in 3 and Reach. 343 seem to have poor management.
Oh right. I don't have it so I presumed people meant fileshare.
I won't be getting an X1 for many months so hopefully the issues are fixed by then. Even if not, all the complaints are about multiplayer and I only want the campiagns,so I'm not bothered

Well not having them is a clear downgrade from even Reach and 4...while people are waiting for matchmaking to be fixed they can't even download cool maps/gametypes.

Nope. Halo 4 lets you spawn with a shotgun off spawn, plasma pistols and plasma grenades (ruining vehicle combat), invisibility, perks, flinch, and more. Halo 4 simply had more bad features, and they were intentional.

Wut, you can still watch the terminals in the campaign as well, if you found them, if you already found them then you can't watch it while playing the campaign.
I'm talking about the cutscene cinematics not the terminals.

The point is, as a parent, you generally give up your wild lifestyle for the child's sake. Hell, an example of this is Snooki from the Jersey Shore. Wild party girl, but she has calmed down extremely when she had her first child.

Yes, really. She is a mother - I understand love for one's body (Or, in Kim's case, love for the money you can get from your body), however, she has a child to think of. These images are never going away - does she want her daughter to stumble upon them one day?

It's not stated whether Vegeta keeps his power up from the Majin spell or not.
It's heavily implied he did, since he kept his ability to go SS2.
He could already go SS2, he was just weaker as one.
It's also implied that getting the Majin seal was the first time he ever became a Super Saiyan 2. Or, at least, the first time we ever saw him demonstrate the ability to do so.
He felt he had the chance to beat Goku and Gohan at the world tournament. Goku was close to Gohan at the Cell games in power and Vegeta knows how apt Goku was to understanding super saiyan, seeing as Goku knew the bulky saiyan form was useless and adjusted to the regular SS form.

I disagree. Bills character makes him the most original antagonist in DBZ. The fact that Goku didn't win was surprising for me, as he always wins. But Toriyama tried something different this time, which I liked. He seems to be really into it again.
It didn't really shit over existing canon as it shifted the focus from transformations. Ssj 3 is just ridiculous, you have to admit.
How is Bills the most original? He's just a god with anger problems. Literally every fight was everyone throw attacks and Bills 1 hit KOing them.
Goku didn't win against Garlic Jr in the Dead Zone or against Cell. He technically lost to majin buu and without the help of everyone else the spirit bomb would have failed.
It shit on canon because it has Vegeta the strongest as a mere super saiyan 2, followed by Goku, followed by Gotenks, followed by Gohan who can now go SS in his Ultimate form. That's completely backwards. Bills is ridiculous as I remember the whole reason the fight started was Majin Buu took his cup cakes, though Toriyami has always been ridiculous so I personally don't count either as a negative.
The energy of 7 super saiyans would be no where near enough to fight majin buu let alone someone who can poke the strongest characters and KO them.
First off, Garlic Jr. isn't canon. Secondly, Goku wasn't defeated by Cell like he was with Bills.
He's the most original because he mirror's Goku. He's not a bad guy, he just happens to be the God of destruction.
He didn't lose to Kid Buu. Otherwise Kid Buu would still be alive. We're not talking technicalities, we're talking factual outcomes. And factually, Goku won.
Like I said, Toriyama made Vegeta stronger than Goku in SSj2 form because he wanted to emphasize the shift from focus on transformations. Just like in the Cell saga, Goku and Gohan were far stronger in their mastered forms of Ssj1 than they were when they first attained it.
I'm pretty sure that Gohan can still turn super saiyan. But that might be left up to interpretation.
You didn't say strictly in canon. Goku still lost. He also lost to Vegeta in the saiyan saga. By himself, Goku would have died against kid buu. If no one gave energy and Vegeta and Buu didn't distract Buu, he would have died. It was a team fight. It could have been better explained. Gohan was a lot stronger than Goku at the end of the Buu saga. Super Saiyan in his Post Kai unlock form would have rivaled SS Vegito. For Vegeta to surpass Goku who's a form ahead of him would mean he discovered how to make exponential gains.

Vegeta was able to fight bills because he got pissed as hell. Remember when kid gohan got pissed and was able to punch freeza into the ground?
And it wasn't so much just the energy, it was the fact that apparently having exactly 5 saiyans give energy turned him into a God, allowing him to actually hurt bills in the first place.
Gohan was only able to because he was a half saiyan with great potential. That was a major plot point in the story. He did it to Raditz, Frieza's hench men, Frieza himself, then Cell. Vegeta has never showed great untapped potential unlocked by anger. 5 extremely weak SS's turning one into a god is just a weak point pulled out of no where.

Form of Super Saiyan is not a distinct plateau of strength. That is, how powerful a character is in Super Saiyan 2 is not directly proportional to how powerful another character is in Super Saiyan 2.
I know this, but Goku was stronger than Vegeta in the Majin Buu saga by a lot. It's not stated whether Vegeta keeps his power up from the Majin spell or not. Even if he does it's not feasible for him to surpass a whole other transformation in 2 years when Goku and him are both training their asses off. In 7 years they couldn't get as strong as Super Perfect Cell as regular SS's.
