These stat comparisons are pretty straight forward and flawless that it's sad.
Except they're not.
It doesn't even specify which gametypes were played and for how long. Breakout matches would significantly lower total time played of the beta, because Breakout is a very quick gametype.
If they kept playing it'd be roughly the same. Playing 2 half hour matches is the same as 30 2 minute matches. Plus break out only released the last week of the beta, there wouldn't be a 6x difference.

Except you forget to realize that H3 beta wasn't pure arena and had longer matches. Halo 5 had 20 million total matches played, which surpasses Reach's recorded beta stats [13 million matches] by 7 million matches, even though Reach's beta had 2.4 million unique players. Remember that Reach was also at the end of the console's lifespan while H5 is on the beginning of a trailing console's too.
People still played Halo 3 and Reach longer, I fail to see how match length is relevant. Also looking at the Reach beta wiki, it says it allowed silver accounts to run the beta and customize their armor, I'm not sure if that counts into the 2.4 million.

Okay apparently the patch removed what little skilled matchmaking parameters this game had. Had one game where my team 50-1ed a team then had matches with my team losing by 30 or more, and faced a guy who got 34 kills on the Pit who had the strategy of Sun Tzu with the aim of a MLG pro. Every game is either a Rek or gets rekt type match. Then got hella lag several times today, and they still didn't add host migration so hosts quitting still ends the match. Lol dedicated servers. Also my friend and I could no longer connect around 2pm. Now we only got to wait till the end of April for the next patch (unless it gets delayed like this one).
I really doubt they lowered the skilled matchmaking parameters. Even if they did, it wouldn't matter. That game fell off the top 10 charts back in December, IIRC. That's worse than Halo 4 at launch. If we had a population counter, I couldn't see more than 15k players still going at it.
It was just hyperbole, given the circumstances.

It sold a little less than Reach, but more than 2.
It sold less in America, but globally you're right. You also have to take into account the base install size of xbox gamers at the time as well. A higher percentage of xbox players had Halo 2 than 360 players had Halo 4.

Well no shit. There's less people with the Xbone in 2014 than what there was with the 360 in 2007. So of course the system with the more sales is going to have a larger player base for a beta on that system. The other thing is that the MCC is a broken game so that would effect the beta as well. Even if it wasn't broken I see it still turning away a large amount of people due to it being nothing new and how it handles the playlists. Instead of each game being separate and having playlists you vote on which game you want to play.
Lol you didn't even fucking comprehend that simple picture. Which number is bigger, 1 million or 820,000? The point in was play time duration, Halo 3 had a slightly smaller population but the average play time was nearly 6 times longer. The average Guardians beta player played less than 1 hour a week. The average Halo 3 beta player average nearly 5 hours a week. There's less xbox ones because people don't feel like buying them...Halo 3 was a 360 system seller. People bought a 360 and Crackdown just to play it early. MCC was the only reason I bought a one, and they even managed to ruin that.

I know. This will be the third Halo in a row with both sprint and a huge population drop off after a few weeks. The numbers don't lie. If you can't get your player base to average an hour a week on your game it sucks.

I no longer have to reset 95% of matches when I'm not party leader, that's a plus. It still crashes or lags way too often.
Also from what I read Halo 3 stats haven't and still aren't counted, which is disappointing.
Host quitting still ends matchmaking.
Halo CE and 2's Hit registration is great now.
Don't think I found any intitially uneven games today.

Those first 2 were mostly to show that he just shades the insides black and didn't care to detail their organs. I mean, your picture also shows Frieza has no throat, lungs, or internal organs.
I haven't read the manga in a while so I can't give an exact statement or if there even is one, but it's heavily implied. If he doesn't have bones and is just meaty flesh he wouldn't be hindered by a joints range of motion. Plus, z-fighters or villains mention having bones, doesn't mean they don't necessarily.
I know I'm being anal, but no one ever talked about what androids should be skinned in, and in the entirety of the show no one paid much attention to bones either. It just made me curious. Is there a fan thing out there where people think that cell should have been clothed in frieza's bones or was it just a bit of imagination on your part?
Gero doesn't mention a specific material but he did work on them and artificiallly enhanced them hence the names Android 18 and Android 17. Krillian wished for the androids to be made fully human again and Shenron couldn't do it.

I can already tell that movies going to be a disappointing. Frieza as soon as getting revived and told of Goku beating Majin buu scoffs. He says he can beat him with 4 months training since he was so strong naturally without training, cuz dat plot potential. Screen shots show the z-fighters struggling with frieza's minion's, somehow Roshi fights, Gohan looks like a gay jogger lacking a gucci hip bag, Goku will no longer transform due to retaining god strength in base, etc. This plot is worse than some random fan fiction.
Everything after Freeza's first defeat was worse than some random fanfiction.
But this is like 10x worse. I mean aside from Gero finding metal and skin stronger than Frieza's bones, Cell wasn't so unbelievable, Majin Buu was magical. Frieza thinks in 4 months training he can get stronger than super saiyan 3 Goku and Majin Buu, which took Goku almost 2 decades mostly in others dimensions with benefits (the room of spirit and time's harsh climate and the other world not hindering energy levels) and additional form multipliers. It just seems outta character that Frieza didn't train once. In 2 months at the pace he coulda got stronger than his family and broke free from their restraints and guaranteed beating Goku after Namek. It just seems like a weak retcon. It woulda made more sense for The God of Destruction to use magic to have Frieza take his place and to test Goku who's been training under Whis.
