Looks good, even if Kiyo is removed she should be able to carry a title of once being a mod.

Yes, though in prehistoric human age, not sure if possible. Could it support a functionimg society. I have no idea but with the rise of civilization so did religion and ethics. Do we need religion now to make ethical decision in this day and age. No. Still it is a question that i dunno leads to many What If's.

That looks beautiful, not sure why people panic, but looking down never causes any problem for me, it is when i look up and lose sight of what i am holding on to.
Pretty much the reason that if you lose your grip/balance/footing, then you will soon become a red, gushy crater on the ground below. However, the thrill is why some people do this, so to each their own.
Spoiler
Yeah true, but i would have also brought a harness. I also bet there are people whose jobs are to climb these towers. Cable tower technician is an example.

Still i might do it for shits and giggles. Stupid i know but hell why the hell not, though would bring a harness and check the weather report before doing so.

They were lucky it was not too windy, standing on that very end, could have ended badly if a strong gust came.

But they were, all of them deceived. For another card was made...
In the Land of Washington, in the peacefulness of his pacific lodge, the Dark Lord Gates forged, in secret, a master key.
One with the power to control all others. One key to rule them all.
One key to Ctrl+F them.
And in the darkness.bind('<Ctrl-F>',all)

Serious / The 60 words that define the War On Terror
« on: October 06, 2014, 05:20:39 PM »
60-Words
From Radiolab

So a friend recommended this podcast episode which goes into the 60 words that explain the war on terror. Now although the main points and topic are well known, it seems like it goes into the very details, from the addition to certain words of the bill that started the war on terror, to lawyers deciding who we are at war with.

Anyway just wanted to share this, 1 hour long, and goes into the story of this 60 words and the definition as to how America ended in this war.

A return to a economy backed by something of actual value is the best hope
Going back to the gold standard? Do we even have 15.6 trillion dollars worth of gold to make sure that our economy doesn't suddenly and drastically deflate?
Maybe another asset, like bitcoin or something else.
Didn't a group of douchebags in china prove that you can crash the bitcoin market with nominal effort?
Yeah but it was not exactly crashed but something like people were not being paid back or something of the likes. Insider trading. There is an issue with it but it is likely to be the future.

Honestly we will lose all the minimum wage jobs and how society functions after that is unknown. Universal Basic Income is an approach or something entirely different.

Lol, studying civil and seeing how london is, i wonder the amount of shit they will have to go through both beaurucratic and legal to build it. Plus placing it into lines and not affecting the stability of the existing lines. Getting into london is going to be the hardest thing ever. Also the traffic jams it will cause. Though depends if they will bury it deep into the ground. I mean they will likely find a bunch of decrepit and old water lines that do not make any sense.
Actually according to the article it's already in London, and for the record, London is a lot more advanced than you think, most of the infrastructure is very well organised and rather new (All hail Boris Johnson)
Really, then i wonder when it was placed, and whose infrastructure they are using.
