Honestly i like the changes. It seems balanced and brings more to the plate. More options means a better game. Requires more skill and thinking in firefghts.

Serious / Re: The Libertarian-ization of america
« on: November 11, 2014, 11:41:42 AM »
Liberalization is great and all but never safe when a there is a significant portion of uneducated people. I feel like people like to wave their responsibilities around nowadays without understanding the repercussion or responsibilities of having those freedoms. Yet as these freedoms are given many rights are taken, one's that allow those in power to game the judicial and political system.

I support Gun Rights but unlike many Americans i believe a comprehensive training system is required. They point to Switzerland yet ignore that a) to get it you need to be a conscript first, and b) you are not allowed to carry the rifle with ammo in it and ammunition is really hard to get.

Overall Rights should be given but if people are not willing to understand the responsibility of having those rights and it's worth they may as well not have it.

The Flood / Re: Remembrance Day
« on: November 11, 2014, 11:33:49 AM »
I care yet i fear that Remembrance Day has become a day to celebrate the sacrfices of the veterans from WW1 and WW2. Usually the rest of the wars are overshadowed by those two and ignored.

Kind of sad as governments keep using Veterans as a propaganda spot when they ignore the plights of our recent vets.

I will remember but i feel like our recent vets will be ignored.

it looks beutiful with the red interior, but i am not sure about the outside. Although it looks good it does not appeal to me as much as the Mclaren P1.

Though remember i am not good at discerning different cars and preferance by reading the specs.

Actually BC, why not create a simple explanation on how to understand different cars based on specs.

Hey what were they expecting, Canucks Suck, and they always will disappoint you in the most horrifying way possible.

It is just a roller coaster ride for all their fans.

If you are close then you may as well be dating even though you do not accept it. Truth is though I do not know what to say unless she has a thing for another guy. I mean she may not be sure what to say when you asked her and she may have backed out fast flustered so it may be a temporary thing.

The Flood / Re: Why haven't you watched Star Wars Rebels yet?
« on: November 09, 2014, 01:03:05 PM »
Cause it's bad and defies canon for the sake of selling children's merchandise.
Remember Canon does not exist anymore.

Still on topic my brother watches it me personally have no interest in it much. I prefer the story to be more mature.

I expected as much, people out there go to KFC etc like we go to fine dining restaurants. For us it is fast food for them it is a dinner.

I remember this when i went to Pakistan for a bit and i still preferred the traditional food over the junk food.

Build of maintain it. Do not sell it, as it may be worth alot and be carefull when big business come knocking, sometimes it is better to fold than to fight them in court.

Also if interested you could start some farming and try to turn it profitable thus paying for the upkeep of the estate. Hire some cheap labour or decent hads to cover for you.

No, see, here's the thing. The taxes on the land are cheap as shit. And I already know how I'm going to roll. I'll be almost completely separate from the power grid because I have the tech on my side to be self sufficient in that regard.
You can say all that but you might want to get the skills and some connection to the grid till you can get off it. Trust me there will be alot of beurucratic loopholes you will have to deal with and idiotic community associations if they exist.

Figure out how to keep it profitable and find cost to pay for getring it off grid and then start working on getting the capital.

Still how old are you again?

22. Trust me, I'm versed in the loopholes. And I don't need electricity to operate.  I'm the kind of guy you could drop into the woods with a backpack and some tools and I'd build a house with wooden nails.

There's water on the land. If you have water, you automatically have a power source. Trust me on this when I say I know how to keep things running. I've even set up my cards to play in a nice order so that everything falls into place.

You talk to me as if I haven't lived here for roughly 20 years of my life.
Well i have no idea if you have experience with managing land and it's financial affairs. Not many people do and that is why i am talking to you with expectation you just got it all of a sudden.

If you have everything under control and have been doing this all your life then you are quite set and well off and may not need any caution compared to alot of people i know who will be thrown into a strange new environment.

Countryside business is no stranger to me. And managing money affairs is pretty simple. It'll be big time simple with my plans and setup for things.
Well then good luck with your future plans. I hope to see that self sustaining land in the future.

Also good luck in maintaining it, talk to your uncle and try to figure out how to maintain it. He may be able to teach you a thing or two and introduce you to people who can help you. Shadow him for awhile if you have no expwrience maintaining the land. Only thing i can advise you on. Spend tiem with your uncle any to read forms etc and try to understand the know hows, when the land lease needs to be payed again cause if i remember the government can take back the land. Whether you own everything on top and below the land, just get used to the know hows and litigation system.
