Recently I started really getting into working out and stuff. Feels good man.
Nice bro, that's an excellent interest to pick up. i hate to sound brash but ever since i started getting into working out i have noticed an overall increase in my physical and mental health. i fail to see why most people don't even bother with it at all and waste their bodies away.

what's your routine like?
I'll put in a kind of order.
Well it goes something like Cardio for 20 - 30 minutes on Stationary Bike followed by Situps (100 - 200 in total) then bicep curls/ triceps.
Then generally chest flys followed by leg stuff on a machine.
and repeating as many times as I feel like. I usually go for an hour and a half in total.
Any tips are very welcome btw.
that seems like a decent routine to start with, it'll get your entire body conditioned to hypertrophic exercise and i guarantee you'll start seeing results within 2-3 weeks. what are you personally aiming for, though? are you trying to burn off fat and look aesthetic, or are you aiming to build muscle and gain strength?

oh, and i can't stress enough how crucial it is to maintain a relatively healthy diet. your body burns the most calories processing protein compared to any other nutrient, meaning you should try to consume protein-rich foods as often as you can and cut out foods with excessive sugars and fats. also, drink a fair amount of water throughout the day because it aids your body in processing the nutrients from the foods you eat.

if you have any other specific questions i'll try my best to help you out :)
Well it's mostly to bulk up. I'm relatively in shape already so I would say I'm going for strength.

Also fortunately  my diet already consists of a lot of meat and protein rich stuff so that's a plus. (I love steak, what can I say? :P )
Another good thing is that I drink water almost exclusively so that's good. :)

I did in the beginning, but I haven't grown much lately because I'm not eating enough. Work during the weekends really throws me off. Just gotta eat more somehow.

I'm still able to lift more and more though
