Germany proposes that they will send the newly incarcerated prisoners of the Slovakian Riots to Antarctica (to up the population) in return Germany would like to help / research the newly discovered substance. German scientists are confident they can expedite the process.
Antarctica gladly accepts the prisoners and the help.
With more hands it seems like the scientists will have a report ready on page 21.
The Kaiser is excited to hear this news. There is a population dip in Germany but the prisons have cleared up and the quality of prison life is improved because of it.

The Slovakian uprising has been thwarted just under a year after its beginning. The SS is now ready at a moments notice. There's a rumour floating around that the SS might be more than just an extra police force to quell riots. Details to follow at some point in the future.
On top of these developments there's a separate rumor of a potential breakthrough in the entertainment field which is also linked to the SS.

The Gestapo makes quick work of the Danish rebellion but the Slovakian uprising just won't seem to calm down. A special task force is being created to better deal with future instances of rebellion. The "Specialized attack & suppression Squadron" (SS)
Although it isn't ready for this particular issue they will be used in future rebellions.

The Kaiser inquires about this DpM that Ukraine is producing because quite frankly he's been focusing in his own country and been too busy to read the carrier pigeon news headlines coming through.
General Koshla sends Germany the records of the Bulgaria Incident.
100 DpM canisters finish production. Ukraine sends a team of 200 biplanes and 400 airmen with these canisters to rendezvous with the Bulgarian annexation force.
The biplanes meet up with the 4,000 ground units stationed outside Bulgaria. After a strategic discussion, the biplanes fly over Bulgaria to Turkey, gradually releasing all 100 canisters of DpM over the Bulgarian nation. The soldiers wait a day before entering the zone. They find hundreds of thousands of burned human carcasses and many more seizing civilians and soldiers on the brink of death. The chemical indiscriminately killed, and Ukraine is able to enter Bulgaria with practically no more organized opposition.
The nerve agent's destructive force allows Ukraine to practically take Bulgaria without any conflict, but the province's population has been wiped out by nearly 60%.

1,000 canisters of DpM finish production, now the nation has a total of 1,500. Ukraine begins construction of a nerve agent containment/dispersement facility in western Hungary. Expected to be complete by page 17.
Nerve agent silo completed. All DpM reserves are moved to the facility.
