Railgun dev. is complete. Magnetic Accelerator Cannons are constructed though secret positions across Imperial lands, for now the cannons are equipped with thick iron rods, which if fired would travel at speeds so fast that they could devastate and entire city and would travel faster than the speed of sound.
Blueprints of these amazing feats of engineering are sent to the Germans for their goodwill...and planes.
German engineers get right to work building Cannons on the Eastern Border and around their Western Russian territory for protection purposes. Will be finished on Page 35.
