Again, that's why I'm saying "Imagine this". Purely a hypothetical idea, but people apparently can't grasp that that is the topic.
That rogue squadron idea is part of what I'm talking about, but add in ground exploration too. You've got all these planets and places you can fly to, then land on and explore. And you are free to do that, or just be stupid and go attack an imperial base alone, steal a ship, etc. I guess people don't like the idea of open world Star Wars games, who'd have thought?
If that's what you meant it isn't our fault that we thought it was a bad idea, you explained it atrociously...

Or hell, expand upon the Galactic Conquest mode in Battlefront and make it more in depth. Soldier placements and reinforcements for certain battles, customization of all your troops, perks for certain battalions after they've seen action, etc...
I think there could be potential in that idea.
