"Spirits" trailer
Smash Online discussed briefly.
Maybe a possible release date move up. Maybe.

not saying it won't happen, but it's been argued that the moon's place as an AT kinda takes away what his most obvious final smash would've been
he'll obviously be in the game, but i think it's a tossup between playable character and boss at this point
Majora's Wrath as a Final Smash would be fine instead of the Moon. Put it into a cut-scene and let it ride. Also if you have a character who's that size, why would you go through the trouble of making him a boss fight and not just make him playable instead. (All bosses in the game are currently bigger than every fighter, i.e. Rathalos, Dracula, etc.)

This is a good round-up video for Skull Kid rumors. It's a bit dated as there's been more evidence since this but it's solid. Also I gotta plug my boi Mimique (in a discord server with him https://discord.gg/pcQy8B, friend of my brother since like, Smash 4 hype)

There’s actually a fair bit of discussion about Isabelle on Smash Twitter, but they actually think Goku is likely so I’m taking that with a grain of salt.
Not gonna lie if they put a new Zelda character in I don’t personally see Skull Kid being the first one they go to (or Midna/Wolf Link rip), maybe a secondary villain from one of the later games (I.e: Zant), or even that fat dude that destroys the bridge of eldin
Midna is deconfirmed (Assist Trophy). Zant and King Bublin are irrelevant at this point and don't have the same acclaim and history as Skull Boi. On top of that there's a whole slew of evidence regarding Skull Kid. From the furniture in the 8/8 Direct to him being noticeably missing from the Moon Assist and his other Assist Trophy function being replaced by another character. Trust me when I say if we're getting a Zelda rep, it'll be SK.

it won't be a big character IMO
new animal crossing game + isabelle echo announced alongside it is my guess
it could also very well be isaac, since he has earth-based moves (according to some golden sun fans i know), which would explain why they'd choose to delay the direct
Skull Kid works for the delay as well. Why wouldn't they reveal one of the Big 5 (Skull Kid, Banjo, Incineroar, Geno, Isaac) at a Nintendo General Direct? You're trying to get people to get hyped and buy the game, I'd imagine you go for a hype reveal for the people who are either on the fence or just haven't seen much from the game, not unlike Ridley at E3

If the direct is another FE character reveal, I’ll straight up wash my hands of this game before it even comes out.
Hard read: Skull Kid + Incineroar + Isabelle (echo) or Isaac + Incineroar + Isabelle (echo) + Matthew or Felix (Golden Sun echo) The only other FE rep that's likely is Black Knight. There will not be another FE Unique.

So what are the chances that EVERY character gets an echo?
Very unlikely. We'll get quite a few, probably the same amount of echoes as newcomers. (4 - 5 each) but I wouldn't count on more than that.

Might reverse Simon and Richter later. Not sure yet.

looks like i'll need to update this
i'll probably replace roy with simon, so then all five of my mains will be characters from series i've actually played and have emotional connections to—i'm only emotionally connected to roy because of melee; not only have i never played an FE game, the series also looks like it's gone to complete shit lately, and the game in which roy appears is still exclusive to japan anyway, so even if i wanted to play his game, i literally can't
he'll be demoted to potential, i guess

She has to like ACDC, Tarantino movies, Star Wars, and let me tell her naughty things
okay roman
I understand the want to have things in common with a potential partner, but I've found that the differences between people actually makes conversation more interesting. Like it's nice to have those points of similarity, but music taste and especially movie taste? I feel like there's nothing there that's a deal breaker really.
That's in response to both of you but I included Verb because I wanted his take on the subject.
i 100% agree
i do have my dealbreakers—enough to probably ensure that i'll never be in a relationship, which is fine—but i would never want someone who's just a carbon copy of myself and my interests
having different tastes from your partner gives you more shit to do, as long as you're both open-minded—like, if you LOVE star wars, imagine introducing it to someone for the first time and getting to watch it together, that would be fucking delightful
and in turn, maybe they can open your mind to some shit you've never taken seriously before
that always seemed like the most fun part of a relationship to me—having this symbiotic mutual thing where you help each other grow and mature and shit
Exactly. The big thing here is both being open-minded and odds are that value will be more at the core of the person's personality. Which is to say if you're with them in the first place, odds are they're not shutting down every difference.

It's a balancing act. The evolutionary advantage to having a partner is that you effectively have two brains to solve problems with. If the two parties are too similar, the second brain is redundant. If the two parties are too different, common ground, trust and rational compatibility can be hard to manage.
Statistically speaking though, couples with more similarity have an easier time staying together.
Oh absolutely. I was speaking more on the level of entertainment. Even on the entertainment level, if someone loves a type of media I despise and they hate everything I like I doubt a relationship would ever spring from that in the first place, but to say there are hard and set media franchises my partner must enjoy sounds silly really.

Destroy is too harsh and I don't think it's exactly necessary unless you simply mean "in order to learn something you must make a mistake" and I don't think that's true. It certainly speeds up the process and makes it more salient, but it's not mandatory.
So not necessary, no.

Hubby as a colloquialism needs to be stricken from the English language immediately.

I feel like it's less about the amount you do and more about actually feeling the effects of it. Like really making sure it's your abs doing the work and not other parts of your body.

Soccer is boring to watch. Takes forever for someone to hit a fucking goal. And the announcer going "Goooaaaaallllll" is annoying
why post?
