Darth Revan retreated to his meditation chamber while Sicarius stalked around the deck pouring over Star Charts and military maps. The Dark Lord reached out to the Jedi that he had met before. Bastila was her name and she was powerful indeed. He needed the details of the incident. He reached out using The Force.

As she sat on a bed looking at her lightsaber for any type of damage, Bastila felt a pulse run down her spine. Someone with great power entered her mind...someone with dark power. 'Revan.' She thought as she felt the dark force of the Dark Lord enter her mind to...merely speak.

"Jedi. You have encountered something that has the power to destroy the galaxy. I need a full report on the incident... however I know the Jedi will never allow it. You though. You have something none other possesses, a knowledge of the Dark Side. You understand what we want. Because of that I ask of you to give me a full report of what you have seen on Lorta. We may be enemies on the battlefield, but you must understand the graveness of the situation."

"I understand it. But I won't handing over any information to you, Revan. Give me one good reason to trust someone like you...a Sith."

Revan was slightly taken aback but pressed on.
"I need the information to help protect the galaxy from those... things. It is not just a Sith matter. This matter is of galactic importance. Please Bastila."
Revan couldn't believe he had just said that. Please. To a Jedi. What was he becoming.

Surprised that the Dark Lord would ask her for assistance...even saying please. She reconsidered...knowing that the Masters in the Council would only quarantine the planet..she bit her lower lip, she ten decided. "I can...feel some sort of truth in your words. Fine. What do you want to know?"

Revan breathed a sigh of relief.
"... Thank you. Now. To business. The Rakghouls. What were their mannerisms? How did they attack? How many of them were there?! We must understand our enemy to defeat it!"

"Their mannerisms? Aside from being feral...and attacking, infecting and eating anything they found? Nothing much. They attacked with their claws and teeth. My friend and I fought about ten of them...there we more though. We ran before we fought any more. Sealed the cave they came out of." Bastila said. The longer she held this connection to Revan, she could use the Force to look into the Dark Lord.

Within his darkness, she could feel something off. Something unlike the average Sith...it wasn't more anger or hatred...it was...light.

Revan was pleased by this report. He felt more comfort on the current situation than he expected he would. Rather that he would feel anything other than hate was a mystery to him.
"That is good. Very good. Will they be able to escape? Was there another exit in the cave? This is data that is extremely useful. You've used your powers well. I would never have expected any other Jedi to survive such an experience. If only you harnessed your anger... Intriguing."

"I wasn't able to see any other entrances. Just that one. You really think I'm...powerful? The Council doesn't...ah! You're playing with my thoughts, Sith!" Bastila believed that the Dark Lord was trying to use her, like all Sith did.

"You were able to best my apprentice. Not an easy task to be sure. And to even be in the Sith Temple... Was that the Council too? They are wasting your power, especially the wisdom gained in the Temple."

Bastila was confused...she was a student of the light, but these emotions growing inside of her. Frustration. Anger. Somehow Revan understood this... "No. I will not fall to your ploys, Revan. I have gained much more knowledge since our previous encounter. I searched through you...you have light inside. You are still not lost. Let me help you." Bastila pleaded with the Dark Lord, having found goodness inside his soul.

This was a dangerous task, since they were mentally connected through the Force, Revan could easily attack her. But still, she put faith on the light that still resided within the Sith Lord.

Darth Revan returns to Byss to find the Sith Temple in the best shape it's been in years. The Temple is teeming with new young force sensitives eager to learn in the ways of the Dark Side. The massive influx has been handled well by Sicarius with the younglings being put into a program where new Dark Sith Knights will be trained at a steady pace. No longer are the days of random knighting and stagnant development.

With Revan's return he has estimated every 5 Pages 5,000 Apprentices will make the transition to knighthood.
As well as every 5 pages 2,000 Knights making the transition to Master.

There is a revitalized feeling in the Sith Order. Darth Revan is pleased and returns to his Flagship with Sicarius.
