Take that up with Germany and New Zealand. Its their land. Still see you're abusing your status as gm
Being a GM out-of-game doesn't mean I can't play however I'd like in-game, as long as I play by the rules.
China sends 20 ships to the Philippines.
So by singling out other players you don't like only because they chose to play as the country you were too late to take. And completely fucking up the game for them by calling them out on every little thing they do is followin the rules? No, that's just being an asshole. Being a GM doesn't mean you can ruin the game for whoever you feel like.
WTF The reason I was going for you was because I saw you as a threat. Nothing more.

Canada will offer Steel ship tech and an the previous build of the Flame Shooter (Better Muskets that reload quicker.
Germany asks if it may acquire old muskets and a large shipment of gunpowder cheaply.
Canada will supply Germany with 2nd generation back FS' and gunpowder for a mass of land connected to France or Spain.
With the usefulness of Belgium and Luxembourg as a decent buffer for our home country, the Reich is rather hesitant to accept this. Given that an annexation of the Mediterranean islands of Corsica and San Marino was on the Reichmaster's mind, how does a promise to leave them for you sound?
Upon realizing a slight oversight on the master's viewing of the map, the Reich sends our fresh 30,000 swordsmen from Berlin into the Netherlands.
Canada accepts.

Canada Completes Project COF!
The project was to try and create trains without the tracks. This proved to be very difficult taking the research team a good 10 years to complete but the first automobile has been made. Further development will be made to optimize the steam powered machine. No timeline available but details will be coming in the coming years. It is expected to not be open to the public for years.

Two years to take an uninhabited wasteland? Yeah, that seems appropriate. Pretty much no fighting is involved, most of the time is just getting from one end of the country to the other.
Alrighty c: Canada would like to trade for China's Cannon technology.
China is interested. What can Canada offer?
Canada will offer Steel ship tech and an the previous build of the Flame Shooter (Better Muskets that reload quicker.
Due to the new gun in development, China has no need for such outdated technology. China instead offers the cannon for steel ship and steam tech.
