It sounds like your problem isn't with college, but with mechanical engineering. Have you considered switching into another major? Is there something you really want to do?
I went into college wanting to be a mechanical engineer, for a reason I couldn't even figure out, and then it hit me by halfway into my freshman year that that was not even close to what I wanted to be doing with my life, so I switched fields and schools, and couldn't be happier.

I thought it looked pretty generic when it first came out, but I decided to buy it for $5 on Steam a month or two ago, and oh god, it's so much fun. I normally hate holdout games/gametypes (Firefight, horde, etc...) because they get boring after an hour, but this game tackles it incredibly interestingly. I don't get why Destiny gets as much praise as it does.
-The protagonist has the personality of a wet brick
-The story is literally nonexistent outside of reading cards
-The game is fueled by promises built upon the idea that people want to play the same missions over and over again for eternity, while Halo had a much bigger multiplayer and better features (forge and custom games)
-The PvP netcode is infinitely worse than Battlefield 4's, and I have yet to see anyone shit on it for that.
Honestly, the only thing going for it is how shiny it looks. I kinda thought that there was a chance that it would be more replayable than Halo ever was, but playing Destiny just makes me hope that competitive Halo makes a return.

For a villain this great, powerful and majestic as the Didact I don't think he is dead just yet. Maybe heavily injured and weak but I think his combat suit protected him for the most part.
