At least be nice. No point in being rude. I ask because your intent is clearly to shock her in some way, I didn't know if you were intending to be derisive of her ethos and lifestyle. I'll say this: be pleasant. There's no reason to be petty or anything like that. If she acts that way, then make a point to be better than that. Life is so much more pleasant when people don't go out of their way to be abrasive and just act nice, regardless of prior interaction.

Just because somebody dislikes something others like doesn't mean they're being contrarian for the sake of it. I don't like it because I find it to be rather obnoxious. There are some clever moments, yes, but overall I don't enjoy it.
