Reminder that the Tuskans are defending their homeworld from invading hostile xenos and are therefore justified in trying to remove them from their world.

Fucking Anakin stomping on the rights of compassionate natives with a valuable cultural heritage.

The fuck is a starwars rogue?
My bad its actually Rogue One. Its a prequel to the new trilogy
No, it's about a mission to steal the plans of the first Death Star.
Which will technically be a prequel
You said it was a prequel to the new trilogy.
Which technically it is because it is events preceding the new trilogy.
... Well now you're just bullshitting lol

It comes before ANH. It's about the mission to steal the first Death Star plans.

For most people, "prequel" implies a direct connection to a later story. Your mention of the new trilogy implied there was a direct connection between The Force Awakens and Rogue One.
Well there potentially could be. I haven't read anything that implicitly stated if it would have a connection to the new trilogy. Who knows maybe it will have a character in common or something of that nature.
Possibly, but, if anything, it's a prequel to A New Hope.

Hm thanks for the advice guys. And I think I'll watch it all. Not one of those people that can just skip around stuff.

No problem. If you do find yourself struggling to get through the show at times, let me recommend some episodes that are a breath of fresh air:

The arc starting with "Darkness on Umbara". Feels like a Vietnam War movie in some ways. Focuses on clone troopers.

Anything with Maul in it. TCW turned Maul into an actual character, and Sam Winter (who will be voicing Palpatine in Rebels) does an amazing job playing Maul.

Watch the episodes regarding Domino squad. There's some training episode > Rookies > Kamino invasion episodes > The Citadel arc > Umbara arc > Season six Fives/Order 66 arc.

I know you don't want to skip anything, but TCW in the earlier episodes (and some later ones) can be a serious pain to get through.

I like the new look. Anyway, here's the Clones' identities.

The Clone on the left is Gregor, that Republic Commando we saw in Season 5.

The middle one is Rex (duh).

And the one on the right is Commander Wolffe (Filoni's favorite).

I think there may be four. I saw Gregor on the outside of the AT-TE at one point (he had a Commando gauntlet), but the Trooper to the left has Boil's facial hair.

Also, there's this:

I imagine that a neo-nazi group who has come to see Superman as the "Ubermensch" called him to that place, and he was unaware of the group's nature.

Actually a pretty interesting concept I don't recall being explored before.

TCW sucks for the majority of the first two seasons.

I'm currently rewatching The Clone Wars with a friend so he can then watch Rebels. Season 2 is when it starts getting good, with the introductions of Cad Bane, Boba Fett, Landing at point Rain, and such. The first season isn't as bad as I remember it, but a lot of episodes don't seem necessary to watch. It's mainly just mindless action, like the first half of 2003 Clone Wars.
Aside from Landing At Point Rain and a couple other episodes I recall S2 is being filled with loads if crap episodes concerning diplomacy and such.

So is the clone wars and rebels worth the watch

TCW sucks for the majority of the first two seasons. However, once the show hits it's stride it gets much better. There are still some lame arcs, even in the later seasons (which for the most part are great), but aside from that I'd say it is worth watching. If you want, I can PM you a list of what I consider  the good episodes, so you don't have to bother with the "bleh" ones.

Rebels improved a lot faster. Rebels season one is far better than TCW season one. It's pretty kiddy up until Tarkin shows up, and has a couple people decapitated. After that, it gets significantly better.

Napalm pls.
You're acting like I'm excusing a massive plot hole, when I'm not. Even if it ends up being a plot hole I definitely won't be excusing it.

I am theorizing as to how this occurred, seeing as we never see the events in which we can point out plot holes in.
nah. you're quick to give them the benefit of the doubt. im sure you'll raise hell, as it were, if shit goes pear-shaped.

whelp. guess im gonna watch season 2.

I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt regarding events we never saw in the first place.

Rex was witness to a clone who had his chip removed, learned of Palpatine's plot, and then in a drugged state tried to explain it but was killed. Evidently, Rex put the pieces together and told Commander Wolffe and some other clones what was going on, and they had the bio chips removed.
and didnt tell the Jedi council "hey, uh actually you might want to have this shit looked at"?
He knew about the chips, but possibly not Order 66.

He may have been questioning things about his purpose, etc. And simply decided to have the chip removed, gone AWOL, and later discovered what one of the "trigger phrases" served to do after or during Order 66.
Napalm, this is a huge plot hole and you know it.
A plot whole in media that hasn't been released? Remember, the show was canceled before they had the chance to show any of this, although that is assuming they had planned on this (probably didn't).

I'm just thinking of stuff.

Rex as a good guy... wat.

I'm kinda confused why Rex and his bearded buddies wouldn't have turned on the Jedi like all the other clones
The canon explanation is that there's a Manchurian Candidate thing going on with the clones. They have a bio chip of some sort embedded in their brains at birth that causes them to act accordingly whenever they hear a "trigger phrase" (AKA hearing "execute Order 66").

Rex was witness to a clone who had his chip removed, learned of Palpatine's plot, and then in a drugged state tried to explain it but was killed. Evidently, Rex put the pieces together and told Commander Wolffe and some other clones what was going on, and they had the bio chips removed.
Oh right I remember the chip thing but I don't remember them getting their chips out, it's been a while since I watched it.
They didn't show Rex getting his removed, as the show was canceled before they got the chance to. I imagine we'll be told how and when it occurred through comics, dialogue in the show, etc.

Wow. Looks pretty good, actually.

Really hope they don't throw in Darth Vader too much, though. Don't want to.risk making him appear ineffective. Also not a big fan of the clones' design.

Was working in the same department as this girl I've thought was pretty cute for a while. Short pretty brunette with dem curves. I start talking to her about things, what she's studying etc...She a year younger and a senior in college (MIS major). Asked if she's likes gaming, said she just picked up Mortal Kombat X and has an X1. She also like Assassin's Creed, Game of Thrones, and Star Wars. Asked if she wanted coffee sometime...said maybe. Well I got called to do other things and didn't see her, but I wrote down my number on a piece of paper just in case. On my way out I saw her and gave it to her.
I was such an idiot though. I said "Here's my number if you want it" lol. Now I'm thinking I should have asked for hers :( Did I do good Flood? But now I'm just playing the waiting game.

What comic is this?

Marvel's Darth Vader. It's about how Vader learns he has a son, and how he becomes Supreme Commander of The Imperial Fleet by the time of The Empire Strikes Back. Sort of like House of Cards, but with Darth Vader instead of Frank Underwood and lightsabers and the force instead of sex.

I'd just wait until it comes out before I'd make a decision.

The people who endlessly complain and assume everything will be terrible (a lot of people here) can be just as misleading as the diehard blind fanboys.

Of course it's going to be a fun, high-quality game. There's no doubt in my mind. But the lack of a campaign, space missions, or even something structured like Galactic Conquest is a huge letdown. And it's great that each planet has two maps, but it's still disappointing that our first look into the new canon of SW is going to be the same old places we've always seen. No clone wars is immensely disappointing, too.
No, there will be more than eight. More than two per planet.
That's not at all the point of what I was saying.
I know, and I apologize if it seems as though I'm trying to ignore what you're saying, I'm not. I completely agree. Certain things are rather disappointing.

It's just that a lot of people in here are getting really angry because of misinformation. And there are more than eight maps/four per planet.

EA really shit the bed on this one. They've had so long to include content, and they know what fans want from this, but they played it safe with the four big-hitter maps. Those maps better be goddamn spectacular. I'm not thrilled about weapon unlocks and what appears to be a focus on first-person.

Wait? There's not fucking class system?

I never said that. I imagine there will be, since it's DICE. I'm referring to the weapon progression system that IGN talked about from the demo. Like unlocking better guns and gear for different classes like in Battlefield.

I wouldn't day "better". In the first film we see the Stormtroopers carry a bunch of different guns. I imagine there will be a limited number of guns that fit into several basic archetypes. The E-11 will be SMG-like, the DLT-19 will have a slower ROF/be semi-auto but will be more powerful, etc.

Well, guess i'm not going to buy star wars games now.

EA, FUCK YOU AND YOUR SHIT COMPANY, THIS IS NOT A GARBAGE MONEY GRABING GAME, THIS IS STAR WARS, DON'T FUCK WITH THE STAR WARS COMMUNITY YOU GREEDY PEICE OF SHITS!

There will be more than eight maps at launch, add the free Force Awakens map pack in December, I'm guessing we'll get... What, around 11-15 maps including the map pack?

40 players is good. I don't need 64 people to have fun. I've had fantastic Battlefield games with 24 people, and that's Battlefield. I think the gameplay is going to be quite a bit different in some areas.

No space is disappointing, but we can still engage in dogfights. Not the end of the world. The first Battlefront didn't have space battles, and it was a good game.

I think you're drastically overreacting.

*sigh* i just hope it doesn't turn into a money grabbing dlc game, that's my problem with EA and Battlefront.

I'd just wait until it comes out before I'd make a decision.

The people who endlessly complain and assume everything will be terrible (a lot of people here) can be just as misleading as the diehard blind fanboys.
