"And here, children, we see weaboos ruin yet another thread."
There was nothing productive or noteworthy about it in the first place.
I'm just commenting on how weaboos derail threads constantly.

Well, that's very distasteful.

He's more anti-Latino than anti-black, but that still gets you the racist label.

Yeah, that's why I was curious. As far as I was aware the only demographic he had said anything about was Latino immigrants.

Serious / Donald Trump and African Americans
« on: April 28, 2016, 12:13:16 PM »
The African American demographic is clearly vehemently anti-Trump. However, I cannot seem to recall Trump having said anything about the demographic, aside from referring to them using terminology that could be considered outdated (I believe he referred to them as "the blacks"). I know that if I search the internet I'll just get a bunch of articles from sites like Salon, so I decided to make my inquiry here instead. My question is as follows: what has Donald Trump said about the African American community? Is it simply fear mongering by the left?

Please provide factual, unbiased answers.

I actually really enjoyed Carrey as Olaf. Maybe I wasn't as in to the books as other people (I did read them all though), and I was young at the time, but I remember his performance being the highlight of he film.

I put on some matte black lipstick, donned my Stahlhelm, placed some headphones in my ears, played Taylor Swift's "Bad Blood", picked up a hammer, and set to work.

What the fuck...?

I would recommend the "Ruby Kisses Ultra Matte Super Rich" kind. It's pretty cheap, and is of decent quality.

That's certainly an interesting way of them handling it hah

Yeah. I understand why (they don't want people reselling components), but it's still  weird having them ask you to destroy a component and send them photographic evidence.

What is that, a twelve ounce ibeam  hammer? fucking pussy. I don't even do finish work with anything less than a 16 ounce.

It's only a twelve inch figure. I just picked dup what was lying around.

The Flood / I had to destroy one of my figures
« on: April 24, 2016, 11:46:48 PM »
About a month ago, my Hot Toys 1/6 scale First Order Snowtrooper Officer arrived in the mail. I was overjoyed; my Kylo Ren would finally have another First Order character to go with him. Unfortunately, there was a problem.

Spoiler
The chest plate had a paint defect.

I was appalled, and sent a report to Sideshow Collectibles, Hot Toys' U.S. distributor, detailing the issue and requesting a replacement chest plate. The obliged, sending me a replacement part, but with one condition: that I destroy the original, damaged component.

And so. I waited. Eventually, it arrived, for me to find that they had not simply sent me a replacement chest plate; they had sent me an entirely new body, rather than simply another chest plate. Still, this worked. Thus, I set to work on destroying the original parts.

I put on some matte black lipstick, donned my Stahlhelm, placed some headphones in my ears, played Taylor Swift's "Bad Blood", picked up a hammer, and set to work. My harsh tones echoed throughout my residence as I sang along, each line ending with I deafening bang as a swung the hammer. This is the result:

I then took the above photo and sent it to Sideshow, who then replied, stating that my work was satisfactory.

All fixed up!

That looks epic.

So do you pose your action figures in funny scenarios and then do a photo shoot?

Thanks.

Nah, my camera isn't good enough to take good pictures of these. In regards to how I pose them, I usually don't have them in "group scenarios" per say; I have each of them (not including Fett I have four) in their own individual poses.

However, once I've built up my collection a bit more, and once I have a nice IKEA display cabinet to show them off with, I will probably do more elaborate poses involving the multiple figures in a "scene".
