CGI Tarkin was very divisive, I think we can all agree. Personally, I believe we see such a stark divide in opinion because of a specific phenomenon relating to human perception in regards to faces; the Uncanny Valley effect, which I am sure most of you have heard of. I think that because of this phenomenon, a CGI Tarkin never could look perfect, it would always be slightly off. Thus, I wasn't bothered by CGI Tarkin; I could tell it was CGI, and it was "off", but I was nonetheless impressed with it. I've seen some people say that they should have done what they did in RoTS, and had Wayne Pygram with prosthetics portray him. Personally, I think that would have been terrible. Honestly RoTS Tarkin creeps me out more than CGI Tarkin ever could. He looks like a bloated corpse.

Upon the infant Bill Maher's exit from the birth canal, the doctor held him in his arms, looked to Bill's mother, and said: "congratulations, m'am. It's a cunt."

Wonderful film. I had already seen Hot Fuzz a while back, and loved it; I can't believe it took me this long to get around to seeing its predecessor.

Rian Johnson, the director, posted the photo comprising the right side of the image below on Instagram Here is an image analyzing the changes Personally, I like the changes they have made. I didn't mind the original First Order Stormtrooper design; but, I feel that these modifications to the design, however slight, are a real improvement. The helmet looks more menacing and less passive.

So there are these... let's say entrepreneurs in the good ol' People's Republic that are willing to provide copies of Forge World products at a substantial discount. Thing is, they can be hard to contact. They discourage spreading their contact info around the web. I've been looking for some of their contact info for quite a while, to no avail. ... Until today. Spoiler Basically I got a roughly $100 Leviathan Siege Dreadnought for $20.

Just a few more details left. Need to finish the shield, sword, and backpack icon. For the sword, I need to paint the pommel and guard gold, and highlight the blade. For the shield, I need to apply a black wash to make it worn, then paint the eagle gold and finish the scrollwork. For the backpack icon, I need to clean up the area around the bones, then apply a brown wash to them. Then, I will go over the bones with an off-white (a color called Bone-white, actually) with the exception of the areas where the brown shade has settled most, and then highlight the sharpest corners, like the eye sockets, with a very light off-white.

This was taken a while ago, but it struck me how bad it was. I hadn't expected her to take it so quickly, so she caught me unawares. I was also overdue for a haircut. Look at that thousand yard stare... I look as though I have just been forced to watch an entire season of anime.

Personally, I can think of several users who would benefit from this being implemented. We could have several different trains: - a happy train - a sad train - an angry train - a retarded train (this would be used the most) And so on. One of this trains would be assigned to each individual post based off of its content. Have a heart, Cheat, and lend a helping hand. Add emoti-trains.

Masterfully written. Unfortunately the transcript was taken offline, so the creator of the petition had to record himself reading off what he had written.

On Christmas Eve myself and my brother opened gifts at my Mother's apartment.
I received $170 in cash, and a shirt which was $175. Personally I would have preferred just cash as I've never really understood buying such expensive clothing, but I am thankful and appreciative nonetheless. My mother also said she would get me an airbrush and a compressor, she just didn't want to accidentally purchase the wrong one.
I'll update the haul list later.
Post your Christmas Haul and what activities/family events you are taking part in.

That microwave popcorn is awful? The smell permeates through the entire fucking house and doesn't dissipate for hours.
One of my family members just made some and I already have a headache. When I asked them if they would air the house out they started acting really bitchy and derided me for being "touchy". Sorry, I just happen to dislike awful headaches.
