They've already done that for Blue Team in Escalation, and ditching pretty much all of H4's awful designs in H5's Beta really helped too. Can you even handle this level of clipping?
How dare you insult art
I like to dis art that clips.
tmw old fan 3d models don't. Also, those freaking gloves.
from the knees down looks amazing. holy shit i didnt realize how gross looking H4's calf/foot armor was.
I try to do my best to just ignore them now, because after complaining about 343i's general art design I started picking on smaller and smaller things until I've discovered annoying shit with just about everything they do and a bunch of Bungie's old stuff too.
Halo 4's armor, in general, has an unhealthy emphasis on unnecessary detail that puts the grooves along Bungie's Mk. VI armor to shame. Also, they really just wanted to make as much stuff as possible so none of the armor sets have any real meaning or purpose. In contrast, there's Halo 3 CQB with its knife and extra armor/less visor and pauldrons that protect the side when the biceps aren't in the way(yes, they aren't just silly looking wings).
i didnt like a lot of Reach armors, but most of H4 armors just look like shit. to be fair its not like when they're making the armor it actually makes a difference in play, so they just went aesthetic. too aesthetic. hopefully they learned their lesson and bring it closer to utilitarian style.
the foot armor just looks like ass through, they should rethink that design.
I thought that I liked Chief's foot armor out of all the Halo 4 ones.
I thought wrong.
they took out the ribbing on the inner thighs! that's why Cortana left.
Nice edit
yeah i remembered chief never knew what the ladies liked. Johnson was too busy being a bamf to teach him.

Buying a console for a single game is a pretty bad idea.
If you don't have at least 5 titles you can think of off the top of your head that you'd want to play or at least have a bunch of friends that are already playing games on it I'd steer clear of buying a console at full price.
I've never owned a Playstation, so I imagine there are a lot of series out there that I can get into. Uncharted, TLoU, No Man's Sky, and Ratchet & Clank come to mind. Like I said, it's not for a single game, it's just the straw that breaks the camel's back.
And I don't buy consoles new, ever.
there is no last gen play on the PS4...
Okay. Uncharted 4, No Man's Sky, TLoU Remastered, and Ratchet and Clank will all be on PS4. Are there any other exclusive worth playing on the console?
i really liked Infamous, but no last gen play. there is Infamous SS for the PS4, i havent gotten around to getting that yet though. i feel like you'll miss out if you dont play Uncharted 1-3 and skip to 4... it sucks that there's no backwards compatibility.

wow, that comic does not look good.
There's parts that look worse than this.
ouch. good thing there's tons of fans that will throw money their way just because it says "Halo" on it.
Or you know, because Halo has good lore and because Escalation is actually decent.

my interest in the game peaked after the Haven battle. everything else didnt measure up. i didnt care for the ending either, but i always thought that was because i wasnt as invested in the lore as the dragon age fans.
Yeah, honestly the Siege of Haven should have built up to the Siege of Skyhold. I mean, you have this huge goddamn base with an Eluvian mirror, and Corypheus decides to not lay waste to your castle in an attempt to get that mirror?
IMO, the only cool thing after the Haven battle was trying to get the Grey Wardens, because I think those guys are freaking badasses. Like, they're the Batmans of Dragon Age. But I agree with you, nothing else held up after Haven. The second half of the game felt more like a chore to get through, especially getting 40 Power Points (and you had to keep refilling it, because for every mission where you get Power you have to spend it for another mission to get more power). By the time I reached the end, it was more of a "Thank God" moment than a buildup to an awesome climax.
they kept saying so much shit about how "oh Skyhold can totally hold back a Siege better then Haven" the whole time i was waiting for the dragon to show up and start fucking shit up. nope. the only one that attacked Skyhold was the guy that threw a goat at my wall. absolute disappointment. does Bioware not know how to write endings anymore? did they loose writers?
