It was a completely one-sided biased circle jerk. I get Colbert is a comedian and has no journalistic responsibility but if you think that was fair objective coverage then you've not been following this properly.
It's pretty easy to list of examples though and she avoided doing so to prevent straying off topic. That much was noticeable. And she mentioned GTA towards the end anyway which is a prime example.
They took a few stabs at male gamers with the basement dwelling stuff, but that was mostly just light joking around. They do the same on that show when they target other subjects and demographics so that's just you guys getting touchy over it. Lighten up and stop being so hostile to the subject.

Here are 3 scenarios. Which is most beneficial for us?
1) Ktan makes a thread and nobody on Sep7agon logs in to bungie.net to comment. We look mature by not dealing with the opinion of someone on ANOTHER SITE. People will come to see what this site is all about. Advertising wasn't necessary, there was already a thread made about this site.
2) Ktan makes thread, users simply go in to the thread and promote Sep7agon. Don't acknowledge the thread or anything. People check Sep7agon out and join.
3) Ktan makes thread. Several Sep7agon users(including mods *gasps*) sign into Bungie.net for the first time in a while, simply to talk trash. While also claiming the site is terrible, they contradict themselves because apparently it's not too terrible for them to go back to over a simple thread. People see this and think "Wow, the OP was right. These guys are jerks."
Spoiler Option 1 was the best. Option 3 is what actually happened. Spoiler Do you really want this site to grow? Spoiler Then quit being stupid and grow up. stahp taking things so seriously. Have a laugh m8ty.
