The rules are fine, I'd prefer them to be stricter, but at this point you've tied your hands by letting the forum grow without being strict, so changing that now would cause a drop in activity.
However, even with a drop, should this place by some miracle, see an influx of new members, it'll be for the better that the rules are strict.
The mods need to be a bit more ready to act as well. And I don't mean "attentive".

Then, upon actually figuring out it is indeed Dustin's alt, he was already dealing with it while still talking to you. He's not going to be super fast on everything and I don't know why everyone is expecting every mod to be like a fucking robot on this.
