At the end of the day, Dragon, its just practice I'll say in the quest-line I'm doing (spoilers for the 'Fire Kkeeper') Spoiler She's surrounded by dark, she hints at this when I first speak to her, at that point, I knew anything Dark related will scare/kill her possibly, after telling me she needs tomes to 'tell me more stories' I started to look in places that would house miracles, the Cathedral, churches, etc On my first playthrough, I brought dark magic, this ultimately killed her, So I knew I wont do that next time, find all the light tomes and leave the dark ones. One quest-line down

Dammit why do I have to read manuals everywhere on juggling fucking NPCs, and alternate endings and shit, but all I want is to build my character as a Sorcery/miracle build.
Pre Gen 5 Pokemon breeding wasnt even this ridiculous.
I have no idea what I should be doing. Someone pleas explain this shit so that I can make my character properly and not have to worry about random mechanics fucking the rest of my play though and build up.
Get all the spells and miracles you want, the weapons etc
Therin lies the problem, because the mechanics behind the damn vendors are so convoluted and obsuse and any given one of them will just leave on a whim just because another one of them exists. I have no damn idea how i'm supposed to progress at this point without losing the chance to build my charachter propperly.
I have no idea know what NPCs are crucial or how they will affect the game.
I dont want to do one thing and then have it set off a chain reaction that will force me to reset the entire game yet again.
In the meantime, Just go strength to get through the game

I've been invaded, I've lost my souls I have NPCs killed and lost any chance of getting items I'm still able to build my character Look you're the only one having trouble building your character then,You don't want to do the games quest-lines and figure out basic plot points though NPCs? Alright, have a grand ol' time pal. Dark souls quest lines, especially side quests, never give any help. No 'vendors' leave when others appear. --You give Miracles to the priestess, you give sorcery to the sorcerer you give flames to the pyromancer, its simple, looking for them? Think where would a miracle be? Another thing you need to consider is there's not really any 'good endings' to NPCs most of them move on or die, just fucking use your brain. Don't even think about saying its the games fault for setting out a quest line that, if you read and listen, you'll do it. If you mess it up, you have practice onto improve next play-through. Theres not much to it, PvP is a complete other situation, people are the scum of the earth on Dks

I hate to ask but curiosity is getting the better of me here. More than a few people started to get the suspicion that Noelle's trans identity was just a made up persona since this is a person who suffers from personality disorders (namely, schizophrenia). Have you...heard anything? It's probably not even appropriate of me to ask at this point but that was something that always seemed not entirely genuine and somewhat off.
All I know is Noel went by the name of Regan or something a while back and never said anything or hinted at being trans. Past that, I know nothing about them.

I will say that there are times when I feel genuinely discouraged from inviting any of my other friends here because of the site's environment. They'd probably like it here, except for the fact that I know they wouldn't be able to handle the banter.

We did have a few of them, and I don't mean it lightly. Thankfully they are all gone for one reason or another, usually permabans, the people who now seem toxic is only by comparison to the milder users on the site.
If anyone wants me to unban a few of the real cunts we had to deal with a year or so ago, maybe a refreshing course in meatspin, doxxing and stalking would remind people what really makes a nasty piece of shit, rather than going 'what genocide?' or (((oy veying))) about the lolocaust.
At this point, unbanning the perma'd members would literally be a good thing for activity. The fact our own admin is so busy in real life isn't exactly helping things either, there's nothing new.
