No. Unless you limited yourself to lightsabers and blasters as alt weapons (bloodborne), it wouldn't play much like Dark Souls. And if you did that, you'd be doing a terrible job of adapting Star Wars.
I really hate the "X, but like Dark Souls" meme. It's just lazy and usually applies to things that wouldn't work at all.

Dark Souls styled Star Wars wouldn't mesh well at all. Keep them in their own universes. Crossovers make me cautious enough as it is.
Unless you could somehow make blocking with a Saber intuitive while being able to use/dodge force stuff.

I don't want to criticize your friend, but if they're not going to post why bother even making an account? They can lurk without one and I doubt they made one with the intention of posting and just never got around to it if they're this adamant about not doing it now. I don't really understand why there needs to be an equal number of factions on each side.
I would imagine for the diverse sections of the maps, along with different weapons/skins. It'd be kinda odd if it was 6v2, ya know?
Aren't the multiplayer games going to have a 1:1 ratio of players anyway?
Also, if I recall, the campaign for battlefield 4 had the Russians and the Chinese up against the Americans.

I gotta admit, I'm not a fan of a lot of things Halo 5 did, but the music and Forge seem to be two things that really stand out to me.
The music is meh compared to Bungie's music.
A lot of Halo songs were easily forgotten, I only like 3, really. 5 was actually pretty good.

I heard that KIZNAIVER has some good action.
Going by what I've read/heard here;
If you've seen Attack On Titan and actually enjoyed it, you should check out Koutetsujou no Kabaneri (How you watch this without prime, I dont know)
Anyone who likes action, I always recommend JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, its long --but you've seen FMA and if you enjoyed that long span of episodes, this might suit you. Since it's got nearly everything, excluding over the top lewd scenes.
