It's listed as a past suspension though on the Enforcement website. I can still go on Xbox Live just as I could before.
And I just found out that I can still share stuff via DVR.

You're banned from sharing DVR stuff for awhile then. Either way I think it was justified.
You'd have to be dumb to think you can get away with exploits on the Xbone. The Xbone is like the 1984 of consoles currently. This isn't the 360 where you can mod it and do shit offline with it. Big brother Microsoft is always watching.
