Spam. It's just a Netflix loading screen the entire time. I would argue from his whole demeanor that he is a textbook narcissist. It's hard to explain but hopefully that link works for you and we can talk in more detail.
Granted, being a follower of Jesus and an actual narcissist aren't mutually exclusive, and he may think it's an appropriate means of espousing his faith, but like I said above, it sounds like it's doing more harm than good and he doesn't seem to understand that Christianity isn't about literally being forgiven by everyone you harm.

From a Christian perspective, if he truly was born again, there isn't a need to ask his victims for forgiveness like this, nor is the onus on them to forgive him. He should recognize that he's probably causing more pain than good, and rethink how he's going about seeking forgiveness.

It's not my cup of tea, but maybe I didn't give it a fair shot. Combat felt super clunky with a lot of menu surfing. Tutorial area was huge and boring, and Geralt felt like the epitome of a neckbeard power fantasy.
Visually, the game looked great and the voice acting and attention given to side quests was solid.

Yeah, but it all depends on what your career path requires. Bachelor's degrees are usually a requirement for progressing beyond entry-level jobs, though I have no clue what film production requires. As for automatic disenrollment, you'd have to ask your university.

The fact is that fetuses are a genetically unique human being, totally separate from the mother in that sense. I think it's awfully arrogant of humanity to put boundaries on which humans are people, as if those are no longer synonymous. It seems horribly barbaric, like societies that still use slavery or consider women to be sub-human. The disturbing thing about that is, what if those people that don't consider humans to be "people" until birth or viability are wrong? Well, then we'd have to face that fact that as a planet of a conglomeration of "civilized" nations, we've committed a mass genocide that succeeds the works of the most reviled figures of the 1900's.

The concept of "innovation" is a literal economic meme right now, so I don't really put any stock in his arguments, nor do I see a reason to quantify it by measuring real GDP trends. What a dumbfuck premise.

Quick question:
How many of you realized that in test of strength shrines, you can interrupt guardians' spinning charge with a bomb? I've seen numerous reviews and comments mentioning the use of pillars, but never anything about the bombs. That is the first thing I tried (early on I had a habit of kiting and bombing everything because my weapons broke so easily), and it wasn't until a couple tests of strength that I even realized there was a spinning charge, after I took to long too throw the bomb.
I think I might have done that once out of boredom, because I always try to fight those things in a different way every time, but I usually just let them slash the pillars.
Man, they really could've made those combat trials more interesting. If we couldn't have had a different or unique enemy to fight in each one, they could've at least made the terrains different. Maybe have us fight two or three at a time, even. Or just have less of them in general, because there's simply too many.
Do you watch Joseph Anderson's YouTube channel? He recently came out with an almost 2 hour critique of the game which discusses the shrines in depth. While recognizing that there are too many repeated combat tests, I still kind of like them because they're some of the only challenging, dynamic fights in the game and reward proportionally to the weapon degradation cost to fight them.

I appreciate it for its attempt, but it's disappointing. It doesn't do anything more effectively than the others, and it failed to set itself apart as an iteration in a new genre (because it's a sloppy action/horror amalgamation). The dog alien was pretty neat, and I wish other sequels had expounded on other xenomorph forms.

Maybe, but they'd still have to nuke the area and that leads to all sorts of other issues, unless it's an isolated island somewhere. Xenomorphs can breed in ostensibly any mammal or large animal, so they probably wouldn't care about the humans and would just grab every nearby animal they could get. The aliens are really only an effective monster in dark, enclosed areas.

I find the whole antartic aztec temple thing rather dumb. I would've prefered it to be located in the Yutacan peninsula or the Amazon.
It helps the movie maintain the theme of isolation, though. I would be much less concerned about an expedition to a jungle or island with help close by, than an expedition to bumfuck-nowhere-Antarctica. Yeah it's pretty silly and inexplicable, but I think the setting does more good than harm.

I'm a big Alien fan, and I don't get the hate behind AVP. Sure it fucks up some perceived continuity, but damn it's a fun movie and isn't nearly as problematic as Resurrection.
AVP2 is hot garbage though, but because it's a technically bad film, not because of the concept.

I feel partially at fault, being one of the most vocal critics of "low effort posts". But really, I'm totally fine with posting news articles verbatim, I just want to see a paragraph or two of input from OP to get the ball rolling. When a news article is posted, so often the only responses are just typical reactions or memes -- which are fine, but it's largely because the OP has failed to provide an opinion to counter.
Also, it's getting close to finals season for the students so I imagine some of the activity loss is due to that. I myself haven't been as active because of increased work tempo.

In what ways does it perform bad?
I'm putting off finishing my trilogy playthrough (I'm at Priority: Thessia and I just don't want to) but I'm planning on playing Andromemes once I'm done (gamesharing = free game). I'm interested if there's anything worth noting before starting.
Most notably: almost constant stuttering and framerate drops that significantly interferes with combat and movement.
Shit.
I really don't understand how developers are able to get away with not being able to hit a consistent 30 on the current consoles.
Yeah, I was shocked. It's a nice looking game, but the environments really push the boundaries of what a console can handle. Definitely check it out on PC if you can.
