You can only kill a person that is directly threatening the safety and lives of others.
I think it's reasonable to say that for every instance of wrongful killing by a cop, apart from instances of intentional abuse of power, the cops don't intend to simply murder a citizen and act because they feel the individual is a mortal danger to themselves or others.

The ads are garbage and ruin the premise. There's also almost no music and zero jump scares, despite what the trailers show.

One running theory is that Thanos gets the stones and effectively kills off half the cast, allowing them to reboot characters and introduce others, giving some of the earlier actors like RDJ and Chris Evans a way to bow out of the franchise

I've heard it's a bit long winded and pretentious, plus I wasn't all that impressed with Ex Machina, so I'll probably give it a miss.
I normally like pretentious arthouse shit, but this movie definitely is neither. The ending isn't a huge action scene where the Strong Woman kills the evil alien monster, and it certainly doesn't tell you exactly what happened or what the movie meant, but it doesn't feel apart from mainstream. Something like Alien: Covenant is what I would describe as 'long winded and pretentious'.

Great film, and entirely female-led. A touch of body horror, but don't let that turn you off if you're not into that. It's one of the more genuinely unique sci-fi premises to come out in a long time, and I look forward to reading the original novel. Some of the acting was less than stellar, but the movie does a great job of presenting believable characters in an unthinkable situation. I think numerical ratings are reductionist, so I'll just say if you're at all a fan of sci-fi thrillers or horror like Alien, Event Horizon, Dead Space, or even Under the Skin, definitely check it out. Don't watch trailers.

Yep, I looked up some stat and upgrade mechanics, and on my subsequent playthroughs I usually check guides as I go for specific items I didn't find originally. With shit like illusory walls and timed events (like, do x before doing y to get z) I think it really enhances your experience, and Demon's Souls world tendencies, it's basically mandatory.

The shitty thing is that Destiny is on the brink of being a fantastic game. The unbelievable grind for cosmetics is fucking boring though, and I don't get how people can continue play after beating the raid a couple times. They base the entire endgame on making your armor look cool, but I can honestly say that at no time did I give a shit what other people were wearing. And the pvp is just a dumb fucking mess of abilities, supers, unbalanced guns, and heavies.

The Good, the Bad and the Ugly theme, by Ennio Morricone. It's hard to find another song which has so completely influenced the rest of a film's genre like this has. The entire Fistful trilogy has incredibly iconic music.

It's what makes the AR-15 a non-military-grade, non-assault-rifle. Hell, you canucks can go purchase an M14, a weapon that was actually used in wars. In the context of murdering a bunch of people in close range without much thought towards accuracy or other ballistic considerations, how is holding an AR-15 different from an M14? How is it different from a semi-automatic handgun? The specificity of banning one type of gun is reactionary and unreasonable. Either the age of purchasing, more in dept checks or any other form of option that may arise. Gun's don't kill people kill people.
You don't ban cars for car accidents you charge the operator of the vehicle.
Cliches are cute, but we actually do strictly control the ownership of vehicles. They require extensive training and a valid license, insurance, and registration. And when people abuse their access to vehicles or demonstrate incompetence, that access is revoked. Do you believe weapons should be regulated like vehicles? Because I don't think that's a terrible idea.
