I've always enjoyed Constantine and never understood the flak it got. Perhaps comic fags didn't like the casting choice but I thought it was solidly entertaining through and through, especially Constantine's conversation with Satan.
Also, Spider-Man 3 is undoubtedly goofy, but I'd be lying if I said I never got any enjoyment out of it.
Constantine and Spider-Man 3 are solid.

Well you're half right. The U.S. prefers to shoot second because we assume our defenses are capable of absorbing or defeating first attacks. In the case of the Fitzgerald, merchant vessels are ignored by automated defenses and it's assumed the bridge crew will avoid collisions (obviously not the case here).

Okay, this is assuming Supes killing an enemy was a bad call. Why? There are loads of godlike villains in DC that would be justified in being killed. The assumption is that the JL are generally strong enough to stop the bad guy without having to kill him. But even if Superman fucked up, like in Injustice, pretty much everyone else on the JL could go toe to toe with him: Wonder Woman, Flash, Martian Manhunter, Green Lantern, Doctor Fate, Atom, Shazam...all of them could each hold their own, and combined it wouldn't even be a challenge. The idea that Superman is an unstoppable god is just bad writing and power creep.

Try a darker roast (less acid and caffeine), throw a good pinch of salt on top of your grounds before you brew, make sure you're using the right ratio of coffee to water (2 heaping scoops/tbsp per 6oz), and use filtered water.
Or if it's causing issues, just give it up for a while.

The whole concept that Supes is somehow usurping the proper system of justice is ridiculous in the context of a comic world where the Justice League is literally an independent arm of western law and order. It's assumed that they have the authority to impose punishment as they deem appropriate. OT: it's lazy writing now that it's been established that killing is the ultimate no-no in the DC world. The TV show Arrow actually recently recreated the scene with Green Arrow and Prometheus (holding a hostage, just like Zod), and they wrote a way for Oliver to not kill Prometheus but still save the hostage. And on another note, this wouldn't even be a big discussion if comics in the last 20 years hadn't devolved into hyper-exaggerated grimdark fantasies where even benign villains are murdering psychopaths.

I'm testing out my new laptop's performance while running DkS and I wanted to try a build I haven't done before; I've already done pyro and quality builds. I've never touched sorceries or faith, but I was thinking of a challenge build too. I'm not particularly good at the game, so I don't think I could handle a deprived SL1 build or anything like that. I'm leaning towards a naked/no shield run, since I feel like I use it as a crutch. Any suggestions?

This guy was very politically active, for many years. I don't really think he was a victim of oversimplification. His radical ideas probably didn't just manifest overnight, but were a result of years of gradual resentment and possibly, his failing mental health.
But I do agree that the typical 140-character responses to anything political are poisonous to any real dialog.
