So I've been studying a lot about exercise and nutrition. I was 190, dropped down to 176.
I've a good amount of muscle. I'm about 13% body fat, my goal is 8%.
I have a good amount of good exercises if anyone is interested i my circuit training or super sets.
My diet is basically Eggs, cashews, Almonds, spinach, chicken breast, oatmeal, fiber supplement, whey protein shakes, granola, a little beef.
So, a lot of protein and 20-30 grams of carbs. About 100 grams of protein.

The OP of the post this screenshot was taken from wasn't planning a #Destiny raid. He, along with several other users, were seeing how many people would even be interested in participating in one and if planning one would even be worth the time and effort. Moderating humans requires moderators to make best guesses and judgement calls. People find loopholes in the rules relentlessly, which is why you need to be able to use the spirit not the letter of the rules.
Recon's post/PM was perfectly fine, but it wouldn't surprise me if this was simply bungie looking for any excuse to axe him.
Bungie has fallen! The executed one of their best mods.
