Believe me, I've been eating my weight in soy and flaxseed. Also, red clover, fennel, hops, saw palmetto, etc. Really the only bad thing about my diet is I can't eat fats/oils or red meat. Both of which are delicious.
Why do you not want that though??

Because testosterone is the strongest androgen in your body
