i beat h2a on normal today, and on every level, the game crashed on me at least twice. i ended up saving and quitting after every other checkpoint, but even then it sometimes wouldn't save my progress.

From my knowledge, no. I don't think the developers have figured out how to make custom Xbone themes a reality.
See? That should be a feature already, but no. MS likes to be cheap with their next gen system.
This theme will only work on the Xbox 360. Until someone from Modio or Horizon figures out how to create customs themes for the Xbone, This is the only option there is.
