Well, some people are more defined by other areas of their body then their brain/mind

Individuals can be thought of as characters in the broad sense, we're more than just our minds.

no that's silly

If a wonderful story ends, that means we have to move on......

How could the next story be as beautiful as the one that came before?
If you're really enjoying the story why wouldn't you want to see all of it?
Related: dragging out a good story beyond the point it should have ended is often a good way to ruin it

I guess I'm just afraid of the story ending badly.

And...that's a good point.

"Up out of the lampshade, startled by the overhead light, flew a large nocturnal butterfly that began circling the room. The strains of the piano and violin rose up weakly from below."

There's something really significant behind those lines, I wonder if I'll ever understand it.

Like, twice

no, three times

Do you remember on b.net when Kimchi spammed you with "why" and then you made a screencap of it? I dunno why, but I will always remember that <<

Part of life is all things must come to an end. Accept it.

Stop, you're going to make me cry.

This entire passage:

Boy, it began to rain like a bastard. In buckets, I swear to God. All the parents and mothers and everybody went over and stood right under the roof of the carrousel, so they wouldn't get soaked to the skin or anything, but I stuck around on the bench for quite a while. I got pretty soaking wet, especially my neck and my pants. My hunting hat really gave me quite a lot of protection, in a way; but I got soaked anyway. I didn't care, though. I felt so damn happy all of a sudden, the way old Phoebe kept going around and around. I was damn near bawling, I felt so damn happy, if you want to know the truth. I don't know why. It was just that she looked so damn nice, the way she kept going around and around, in her blue coat and all. God, I wish you could've been there.

Have to admit, that book had its golden moments.

What's the one line that stayed with you the most, to this day?

I guess I'm starting

"You're young. You're bitter memories will turn into happy ones." Athos to D'Artagnan, The Three Musketeers

Man I'm sick of fighting Draugr enemies in like every modern fantasy game

Woah it actually does seem like one's character moves more quickly

I think From got the idea from ds2 feedback that the different dungeons didn't make sense, so they're putting everything under this castle/medieval urban theme, which is ok if you think about the background of the Dark Souls series as a whole. I could use for more creative enemies types, that's my only grievance

Without hollows dark souls lore goes out the window

I think they should keep Hollow enemies, but add newer, more creative enemies to add diversity so that it doesn't feel like I'm fighting a Hollow everytime. That's all I'm sayin
umm

Have you ever played dark souls

cmon man, by Hollow enemies I'm referring to what resemble undead human sized enemies

Sorry if my explanation isn't clear yet, I'm just hoping to see more enemies that aren't human sized, like different varieties of giants (i.e Artificial Undead in Huntsman's Copse).More enemy type diversity is the only thing I'm suggesting here
