Tell that to TotalBiscuit, who has 2 980s.
He was playing release 1.0.0, I was playing 1.1.0. Many of the performance problems got patched within 12 hours.

'Governments shouldn't regulate corporations'
'The free market will protect us'

Yet it was the government that bought Agent Orange from Monsanto.

salting is an important method of food preservation.
Now let's replace a word... Salting is an important method of gag preservation. Bingo.

The natives acted aggressively when they didn't accept our imperialism and instead tried to impose their grains upon us.

Vandalism is bad to begin with. When you vandalize a public park, you're basically committing aggression against everyone.
We should carve dicks on her house.

I'm having great fun with it. Haven't gotten around to the multiplayer (I need people to play with) but the campaigns are great. I would say that the framerate is a constant 60 fps in the campaign. It feels like 45 fps and goes up to 60 when you're in smaller areas. idk it just doesn't play as smooth as some of my PC games (the ones I use v-sync on).
One thing I have to point out is the music. Holy shit the music. The remastered tracks are excellent, and the new sound effects for the weapons makes it feel like you're not using pea shooters.
Oh, and the cutscene with the Gravemind is 2spoopy.

Ironically, I find the game more fun at the lower levels.
Most games are fun until you become a god in them. I play most games on hard difficulty ("Heroic" in Halo terms), but aRPGs typically interpret "hard" as "enemies have more health". That doesn't make the game more challenging, it just makes it take longer. Thankfully there are mods out there that make Skyrim a much more challenging experience (like one mod that makes an arrow to your head an insta-death). Still, it doesn't make up for the fact that Skyrim can be very shallow. OT: I like both games equally. I've put a lot more hours into Skyrim (naturally), but I feel both games were worth the $60.

Pretty sure the 2nd Amendment was speaking to townships. The Continental Army wasn't everywhere, and you had the hostile British to the north and the Spaniards to the south. It would be in the best interest of the nation for each town to have a militia that can mobilize quickly to deal with any foreign (or domestic) threats. "Well-regulated" meaning that they are trained and disciplined in the use of firearms and guerrilla tactics.
The 2nd Amendment was poorly written, as evidenced by the fact that no one can agree what it means.

Game is everything I expected.
My only disappointment would have to be that I'm getting some pretty noticeable framerate drops in the HCEA and H2A campaigns.

I failed because I was going 37 in a 35 (first time).
Never bothered going back. I got pulled over about a month ago and the officer didn't seem to give two shits that I only had a permit.
