Lydsey Graham is pretty lame, tbh.  This is funny, though.  If he gets the nomination somehow I'm going to be laughing my ass off until the election.

I hope Trump wins the GOP nomination.  The Republican party needs to die.  It's a huge clusterfuck of neo-cons, good ol' boys, libertarians and fundamentalist Christians.

That's literally one of the most retarded things I've ever heard in my life. Yeah, let's have the country run by one party alone! That's a fucking fantastic idea!
The Democrats have just as many problems, and they have the Catholic bloc, which automatically makes them worse.

One of my roommates is black, so I'll be able to at my leisure.
Just do it after he pays his share of the rent.
Of course.

Yeah I walked into a Jimmy John's in downtown Charleston, filled out an application, went back two hours later and was given a five minute interview.  I was hired on the spot.  The general manager's only criteria was that I was working to support myself (rent, college) and not "just working for pot money".  With the money I make from teaching guitar and 1-2 gigs per month with my band, I'll be making in the neighborhood of $1,000/mo.  After rent/gas/food/savings I have $150-200 leftover for whatever I want.

If you're willing to put time into hunting for a job, you'll find one.  After one weekend walking around downtown Charleston I had a job.

P.S. Don't waste your time with businesses that want you to apply online, especially if you'll be working for minimum wage or $1-2 above it.  Expect some respect from your future employer.

Day one purchase for me, but I'm prepared for there to be some critical flaw that keeps it from running on half the PCs out there.
That will only happen if Bethesda gives the PC version of the game to some 3rd party studio who hardly has any experience at all to port it on PC.

Looking at you, WB.
It happened with NV and Fallout 3 still has issues to this day that can only be fixed with mods.
I think the Gamebryo engine itself is more to blame for that
Oh most definitely.

But Bethesda, for various reasons, refuses to create a new engine that addresses Gamebryo's inability to process more than two dozen scripts without completely bogging down the system.

It's official, guys!  I'm moving to Charleston in the next week or so.  I sign the lease on Monday, and I'm going to start moving in some of the heavier objects (my organ, dresser, etc.) on that day as well.  I start work down there on the 2nd and I've already applied to CofC.  Things are looking up, yo.

All the stats stay at 5 and you're given another 5 points to distribute.

Serious / Re: Hillary Clinton's economic plan
« on: July 16, 2015, 08:46:14 AM »
It's hilarious to me how everybody here thinks they're an expert at how to improve the economy.

If only the stupid government would listen to the teenagers on the internet who know everything and have the answer to all of life's problems the world would be saved.
It seems like you're trying to dodge the fact that Clinton is economically retarded.
I wouldn't vote for Clinton. I don't like her.

But it just cracks me up how you guys think you have all the answers.
It doesn't take a genius to know what will work and what won't.
It does take a genius to fix the economy, actually. It's a LOT more complex than you think.

You guys struggle to understand the things Meta talks about. Excuse me if I don't take you seriously when it comes to the economy.
I also study economics.  Almost religiously.  I just don't argue about macro economics because I'm an AnCap, so I can't really add much to the discussion except "Government shouldn't interfere with the free market."
