If you ask me it's a choice between Reagan and FDR, since their the only ex-presidents that are really that hyped up, other than any newly-elected president.
I pick Reagan, since he is best known for being revered like a demigod by republicans, yet when you look at the things he did rather than said he wasn't that conservative. At least FDR was as liberal as liberals say, aside from being racist.

I have about 50 hours of gameplay using Climates of Tamriel. 90% of the time if a mod doesn't work it's because of something you did wrong.
For instance, crashing when opening the game can only be caused by 1 thing: a missing or out of order master file. Large mods like Climates of Tamriel come with multiple esm and esp files, you need to put them in the correct order in the load order.
Maybe it's just the winter edition then. Or I could be missing some file or something, but I can't see what

I just downloaded it though, it's only a bsa file and an esm file with Skyrim.esm, Update.esm and the regular ClimatesOfTameriel.esm as masters.
Also when you said crash on start, did you mean it crashes when you load a game or before the menu shows up?

No error message or warning, skyrim just closes
Okay, that's caused by an incorrect load order like I said before.
I just installed it myself, got a nice snowy riften but no crashes.
Did you install the main Climates of Tamriel mod? The winter edition is an addon to it, not a standalone.
If you did, it must be another mod with an out of order master. The best way to tell which one is to use a program called TES5Edit.
TES5Edit is love. TES5Edit is life.
Creation kit could go die in a hole if it wasn't for script compiling.
