Never been a fan of fearmongering in any way, nor do I back all of the EU's economic policies and workings, but I'm all in support of the EU.
Why?

I like how Bungie is blatantly using this as a way to raise their profits.

Dat title sounds like something that the gobshite salmond would spit out.

Are you pro-eu or pro-exit?
I'm all about the Brexit.

I'm genuinely impressed by how indifferent most people here are. It's comforting. Because in the real world, if someone brings up children and I casually mention I'm not interested in having any, I get all kinds of weird looks and predictable responses like "you'll like them when they're your own" or "you'll change your mind."

Never mind the comments my girlfriend gets when she says she doesn't want any. Apparently you're not considered a woman unless you have kids, according to many people, and your life is meaningless.
I honestly don't understand the appeal in having them. Maybe the parents are so saddened and psychologically broken by their choice that they feel the need to impose their misery on us freedom-lovers. . .

Yeah, let's go with that.

There's not much of a recipe for it really. Was basically an experiment that ended up being really good.

Just get your basic breakfast biscuit/scone dough that's in the cardboard tube containers and mold the dough into a deep dish crust. You might have to use some extra flour. Then just crack maybe 6 or so eggs and stir them up good. Pour them over the crust and then sprinkle on ham slices, cheese, bacon, whatever omelet toppings you prefer. Also a bit of salt and maybe pepper and/or onion salt over the whole thing if you like it.  Bake it at the temp recommended on the biscuit/scone container until the crust is golden.
Fuck it, I'll get my grandma to make the dough.

14317
One time I took biscuit dough (scones for you britbongs) and molded it into a pizza crust. Then poured eggs, ham, cheese, and some seasoning onto the crust and baked it into an omelet pizza.

Shit was fire.
You need to give me a recipe for that.

14318
Totally on board with it.

I'm 17, but fairly certain I won't be having children. I think I'll be better off - emotionally, financially, you name it - not going through that experience.

My parents will no doubt hate me for it, though, and I'm not sure about finding a partner happy with it, either.

EU exit could force banks to desert Britain. Fuck me.
Quote
Wall Street banks could desert Britain if the country decides to leave the European Union, senior figures in the industry have reportedly said.

Some major institutions are believed to be already drawing up plans to move activities abroad amid concerns that the UK is drifting further away from the EU.

Most US and Asian banks currently run their main European operations from the UK, which gives them a passport to provide services across the EU. But if the UK left the European Union, it is believed to be unlikely foreign banks based in London would carry on receiving the same rights.

According to the Financial Times, US-based banks including Bank of America, Citigroup and Morgan Stanley are considering Ireland as a favourable alternative location for business currently conducted in London.
The same things were said about our refusal to join the Eurozone. What this means is that, essentially, EU operations might be established in Ireland should we leave the E.U., which is incredibly minor. The City, alongside Wall Street, is one of the financial capitals of the world with half a million people working there. The whole thing isn't going to just up and move to Ireland if we leave the E.U.

Damn, that's a biased title.

Oh, I agree with you there. I'm just saying that veterans don't necessarily deserve to shoulder the brunt of the blame.

War is, for the most part, manufactured by the ruling class to protect their property. Soldiers usually come from the working class, and are either forced or manipulated into service.
Huh, I actually agree with you.

I don't see a reason that the military should pay for this in the first place.

Offer assistance with it? Maybe.

I don't really know enough about it to comment, though.

I know. What the hell is that about?
I imagine there's some sort of reason for it, but it's not a very streamlined way of enforcement if you need to interrupt somebody's fucking burial to announce that such coffins are in fact not allowed.

I did see the other one literally a second after I posted mine.

It sounds like typical insensitive bureaucracy but I'm sure there is a good reason for not using a metal coffin. Probably to do with interfering with the decay, especially if it was a vacuum sealed coffin ._.
There's still a problem, though. If metal coffins aren't allowed, how did they manage to purchase one? Shouldn't the council have better ways of intercepting this before the funeral?

About the asshole interrupting the funeral?
Pretty much.

And the fact that the type of coffin one can be buried in is regulated.

Why are all of your topics always controversial.
It's controversial to post a story about a local council interrupting a funeral because they had the wrong sort of coffin?

A family were left horrified after council officials turned up at their father’s funeral to tell them they couldn’t bury him in a metal coffin because they are banned.

Stella Birdsall, 48, ordered a £3,000, vacuum-sealed, navy blue metal casket with steel handles for her father Colin, 72, but his funeral in Knottingley, West Yorkshire was halted last Thursday.

She said the service at St Botolph’s Church ‘went beautifully’ but then the official ‘ambushed’ the funeral cortege beside the open grave.

Miss Birdsall, a control room operator, said he told the family that the interment could not go ahead because it breached Wakefield Council’s policy barring the use of metal caskets – and that she had two options, either to postpone the burial or to change the casket.

‘Everybody was in a state of shock,’ she said. ‘I was dumbfounded.’

‘A council official was on the phone in front of the coffin and no one knew what was going on.

‘After about 10 minutes, we were told the council wouldn’t allow us to bury my dad because his casket was metal.

‘We were all in total shock. We were given two options, whether to postpone the burial or to swap dad’s coffin and continue.

‘We chose the latter because all the guests were already there, but we never had a choice in the coffin.’

You will be taken hence to the prison in which you were last confined and from there to a place of execution where you will be hanged by the neck until you are dead and thereafter your body buried within the precincts of the prison and may the Lord have mercy upon your soul.
