Into public infrastructure.
For instance, there's a proposal in Britbong at the moment to roll back the green belt around certain cities which aren't London. On top of this, apparently each city would need a subsidy of around £50m to cover infrastructure costs of growing development.
Why not just allow companies to make tax-deductible investments in such infrastructure?

I can't say I've ever really seen them post such stuff that often, and I can't claim to have ever seen somebody outside the "perpetrators" defending it. The worst thing I've seen on this site is genuine loli hentai from Chakas in Anarchy. That wasn't cool. A few pictures of non-nude, potentially-provocative loli drawings? Doesn't really bother me none. Posting an image of a nude child? Again, that's not cool. Although it depends where you draw the line. You can have nude images of children without it being sexualised; although I don't thing genuine images of nude children should be allowed at all here and thank goodness they aren't.

Part of the problem with the internet is the fact that the incentive to remember, coalesce and actually incorporate information. When it comes to quite esoteric information, I've taken to writing it down in a word document and regularly going over it.
Otherwise, I just use it in conjunction with reading non-fiction.
