game wise, it's a terrible game, clunky controls coupled with boring combat mechanics and a game wide escort mission makes it a bad game.
the story on the other hand is great, and engaging, with characters you can feel are alive, and you can remember.

In a dorm, make sure you have/make friends, or you'll probably end up depressed which will impact your studies.
Although, being close enough to live at home is great, not much change and you stay comfortable in your personal environment, rather than going through a period of adjusment.
It's not that much of a problem for me. From the age of 16 (my 19th birthday was last April) until last summer I was all alone so I could probably do it again.
dude, seriously, make friends in college, and make friends with people in other majors. a new friend could give you a big break later on in life.

I'd consider 50-60k above middle class.
My household makes somewhere around 3k a year and we get by pretty well.

Lake Ontario's beaches are pretty chill, and I do enjoy walking along them on the off day when me and my wife have a day off, and go on a road trip down to Grand Bend, I've also been to Lion's Head up north, and it's quite beautiful as well.

fuck, I live that feeling every corner that I have to cut on... in pedestrian cases though, I've only ever felt that on my motorcycle, when I was forced to offroad for a good minute when some stubborn cunt tried merging onto my lane without looking first. She didn't move her ass back to her own fucking lane until I punched her window and smashed up her side mirror before the merge off rails came too close (I have reinforced gloves for attempted bike jackings,) and when she did she had the stupidest fucking look on her face, like she had no clue why I was hitting her car.
