Some of the others that commented aren't online. Since it was first come first serve, if they aren't online maybe you should skip them and give them the left overs?
I'm giving a 20 minute grace period, but that will shorten to 10 from now on.
That's better, it'll make it run faster. I'm not sure if you meant skipped entirely or what but if they don't respond you should still give them the game just without the option to veto what was chosen.
I skip them until I reach the bottom of the list, and if I don't have the game for their 1st spin, they will be SOL and get a spin of what's left.
