well, to answer the god damn question unlike some people...
Mewtwo is like he was in melee, but he hits harder, has a lot more momentum cancelling with his moves, and his side b is just as great as before, now the projectiles he reflects maintain their hitboxes. his forward throw is actually useful now rather than the attack doing 3 damage due to the tiny hitbox of the attack, and he handles just as well as before. if you want to customize the character with equipment, don't make him faster, you'll have a bad time.

Fuck my old debate course, it was taught by an extremely conservative, Christian, woman who literally gave people marks based on whether they had the same views as her or not. Even though I was the best god damn debater in the class, and had complete control over the floor with my arguments I only just barely passed with a mark in the 60s, meanwhile the ones who aligned with the teacher were hitting up 80s and 90s.
