I've been told by a full bird in the Maryland Guard that live ammo is being issued to Maryland units.

Quick question, custom races/classes are allowed so long as they aren't extremely OP, right? because I have a couple of custom races/classes from my old dnd group that were pretty balanced and a little fun to play around with.
