Oh ffs. You need eat to carbs and fats. Lots of it. Especially if you want to become fatter in general. If you want to build muscle then I suggest joining a gym or getting hold of some heavy equipment.

the main thing I'm interested in is getting good coverage of different areas. Obviously the numbers for me will need to be lower at first, but it would be helpful as fuck.
if you want a lighter workout, I recommend these two if you get a barbell workout A is for Mon.,Wed.,Fri, Workout B is for Tues./Thurs. Workout A 3x5 Squat 3x5 Bench Press 1x5 Deadlift 2x5-8 dips (only add weight if you are doing >10 bodyweight dips) Workout B 3x5 Squat 3x5 Standing military press 3x5 Pendlay Rows (or power cleans for 5x3, 5 sets of 3 reps apiece) 2x5-8 chinups ***if you do the power cleans, do 3 sets of chinups*** Fridays only (Not earlier than 3 weeks into program) - Parallel Bar dips or incline skullcrushers - 2 x 8-12 barbell/DB/EZ-Bar curls - 2 x 8-12

Wondering if there was any potential for merging cross-gen servers, kinda like what they did for Halo 3 - ODST and Halo Reach - Anniversary.

The 360 could handle the MCC. The only differences there would be is that the games wouldn't be 1080p @60fps, and H2A wouldn't look as good graphically.
The games aren't that demanding you know.
the 30/60 FPS difference would give a massive advantage to those on the Xbone, the game would run faster and smoother so they would have the edge in literally every firefight. allowing cross platform play would be idiotic. Nope, 360 couldn't handle it
