Volt is my main on PC. I have had Mag, Vauban, Frost, Nova, and currently have Volt, Mirage, Mag Prime, Frost Prime, Ember Prime, Banshee, Trinity, and Rhino. Rhino is considered the "meta" frame to an extent, but others are pretty viable still.

By nav bar, do you perhaps mean the forum list at the top? If so, it's disappearing by design. At small widths, the forum list breaks and it looks horrible, not to mention the height of the fixed menu can get cumbersome on a phone screen.
Yeah, I meant the forums list. I don't mind really, I prefer reading in landscape anyway

I have a nexus 7 (2013) running 4.4.4 using Chrome that seems to work perfectly, except for in portrait mode the nav bar will disappear. In landscape it works fine, but leaves little room to see what I'm typing, which is why I prefer portrait for typing.
