Well play it! The DLC are phenomenal. Fallout 3's DLC were great, but the DLC in New Vegas have much better storylines and are in some very interesting areas.
I thought Lonesome Road had a better storyline than the actual game lol.

I got a new laptop a couple months back that had Windows 8.1. I thought I'd hate it but it really isn't that bad. I haven't had to use Metro at all. Only problem is a BSOD that my laptop gets that doesn't seem to be present on Windows 7 versions of my laptop.
EDIT: my laptop is non touchscreen also

I'd prefer to keep the whole separation thing. Maybe not just factor in ability, but also attitude and behaviour. Being in a Set 1 maths class we still had a group of 4 or 5 idiots who had decent maths skill but who just pissed about constantly so we barely made any progress each lesson. It was even more frustrating than having lower ability students slowing the lesson down. At least the lower ability students actually wanted to continue with the lesson.
